I may be wrong, but I felt like the intent of the thread in the original post was to show 'wild' life, as in non-captive animals one has seen at Disney World, either in the parks or at resorts. I have literally tens of thousands of shots of all the animals in Animal Kingdom...but I felt you wanted the really wild stuff that lives in Florida and visits the Disney World property, so here are some from last week...
I am an avid bird photographer, and last Sunday there was an overcast morning and early afternoon where I awoke in the Congress Park section of Saratoga Springs Resort to a bird 'fallout' - a huge number of birds of various species that descended on one small area usually to avoid a weather front (a warm front was backing in from the south that day, bringing bands of rain up from the south). There were thousands of birds and dozens of species, some being first-time sightings for me, so though the weather was ugly and overcast, I couldn't help but head outside and snap some of this variety of birds!
Yellow-rumped warbler:
Yellow-bellied sapsucker:
Blue-headed vireo:
Nesting great blue herons:
Pine warbler:
Ruby-crowned kinglet:
Tufted titmouse:
There were dozens more, but I didn't photograph all of them as many were species I was familiar with back home - others I did photograph but the shots weren't very good and were strictly for identifcation purposes to document that I had seen them. Most of these were captured within roughly the same 1-2 hours, all within the same 300-square-yards!
