HOPE EVERYBODY HAD A GREAT WEEKEND. IT WAS A VERY HOT WEEKEND HERE IN NEW YORK. DH AND I WENT OUT FOR THE 1ST TIME SINCE HAVING THE BABY. MY MOM BABYSAT.IT WAS VERY NICE TO GET OUT!! TODAY DH 1ST FATHER'S DAY WE ARE STAYING HOME AND I AM MAKING A NICE DINNER FOR HIM. WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF PLANNING MY DS BAPTISM. TALK TO YOU ALL SOON !!

Hey Everyone!

It has been a good weekend here. It was warm yesterday, but there was a nice breeze blowing most of the day, so it was tolerable. We had a BLAST last night. DW and I teach a single's Sunday school class at our church and we went to the drive-in movie with our group last night to see Cars. First off, the movie was a blast! But, the whole night was fun. This is the ONLY drive-in theater left in Metro Atlanta, if not Georgia. We carried the grill and did hot dogs and brats on the grill and just had an awesome time. DW and I may go back next weekend to see another movie. This was the first drive-in movie I had been to since high school!

Happy Father's day to all the dads out there (even you Mutt)! Unfortunately, we return to work tomorrow (I really wish I was independantly wealthy).

We had a cooler, rainy Father's Day in mid-Michigan.

Going to be other hot and sticky day here in New York!! Thank God for A/C !! Me and DH were talking about going to Palo's one night when we are on the cruise. Anybody have any idea when we are going to go yet?? I think everynight me and DH are talking about the cruise because we can't wait!! Well the baby is crying gotta go !!

It sounds like everyone had a good weekend.

It is a very quiet monday here, I have put meatloaf in the oven to cook, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn and biscuits. Meatloaf is DH favorite meal, so thought I would be nice to him for a change and cook one. Of course it may not taste quite as good since he had BBQ'd steak yesterday.

Geez, I don't know if I can remember that far back! Hmm...I know one good present would be to book the Rasul and surprise him with an "adult" mud fight!

Lynn: My DH has a birthday on 12/6. For a surprise, I thought of browsing the two shops on the ship. Two years ago, we sailed the Magic for our 20th anniversary. I surprised him with a watch he was looking at every time we walked into Treasure Ketch. It was wrapped and delivered just before dessert at Palo. Well planned by the CMs in the shop and Palo. This year, I may just get him several smaller items and have them gift wrapped and delivered to Palo.

We're almost at minus 5 months. Hurry up Thanksgiving!

Well just about another day over with. We are getting rain tonight here also. Our garden is doing well also. My tomato plants are really doing good this year...hoping for a great crop this year.

Hey Kathy, we are doing a last minute trip down your way, our hospital is rather slow summer is not a busy time for us. So DS and his friend Adam who will actually be the friend traveling with us on the cruise, his mom and I are driving down on Sunday and staying til Friday. We can't wait. DS gets home from camp Sunday morning and we are leaving around lunch time.
