I know Michelle I am excited about my trip even if my parents are staying with us though my Mom is actually excited too.

I am washing shirts today and I have a big give to work on

I'm glad the meeting went well

My ds needed services in K and all they allotted was speech (he really needed OT as well). It was a kind of a pain though with all the testing and we went to private school and had to do the testing with public school and then our public school district we lived in was different from the one where he went to school in -- everything got delayed. Once we finally got the speech started it really helped though. And I am likely starting this all over again. His speech isn't awful, but when he reads a book to me now I can't understand some of the things he says. His doctor gave me a speech consult today, but she's not sure how it all works since we are in private school (the first testing was done in RI).

Anyway, hope you make loads of progress in your sewing and can't wait to see pics. I've done yard work all week so sadly no sewing. I can't even manage to get t's washed that I bought to applique for a skirt I made in August!

I just saw the nerd skirt. It looks terrific! The white top looks really good with it. Also, the shirts for Lisa's cruise are great!

I am working on a shirt that was going to be for J but I don't like it for the shorts I have planned so I am going to list it either on Etsy or CBRG on FB and go with a collared shirt for J he prefers them.

I am going to move the embroidery machine upstairs to work on a couple things today hopefully but J wants to play so that takes priority right now.

I also am almost done getting rid of the remaining store SB stuff and I want to finish that this weekend so I have more room to spread out my sewing stuff though DH doesn't know about that since I did mention moving the Wii and a TV down there.

So I have 2 weeks to finish all my outfits. I want to relax those last few days. I am working on my girl launch outfit and Cs world showcase outfit. I am doing the same appliques so I am doing them in tandem. I am on my 4Th one of the day only 8 more so I can start sewing.

Tonight I also want to work on a big give and the shirts for my mom and dad. So far J is letting me work so that is a good sign. I think it is because he and I played for a bit and I keep chasing him mwhile the machine does the satin stitch

So I didn't get as much done as I wanted yesterday but I had a lot of great ideas laying in bed last night and I should of wrote them all down. I was feeling un creative with Js outfits because I want something different.

Also J wears polo shirts he looks cuter in them in my opinion and that means no big honking applique on the front unless I can find something I love.

I was looking for a Baseball playing Mickey and the one I found I didn't like

I did figure it out while trying to sleep though.

I did pin Cs skirt yesterday.

I will be posting a pair of shorts later and hopefully you can all help me come up with something for the shirt

Okay time for some pictures, since I haven't posted anything in a while.

These are my first knit shorts. They are grey camo. I have no idea what to make for the shirt. If you have a suggestion please post.

and these are Js epcot shorts. I need to do the shirt. I am putting the Epcot Logo on the front and going to put HS epcot ball with mickey ears on the back

I loved this fabric it was such a fabulous weight.

I think I am going to do Steamboat Willie I just need to decide if I want to do it on a White Polo or a colored polo.

so I have a crazy list of things to accomplish this week so be prepared for lots of pictures. I am alos going to be reusing some of our shorts from August since they still fit and doing new shirts.
