I am heading to NJ for a dance competition with the kids. C doesn't perform until tomorrow but it is down near Atlantic City so it is aways from me. I am hoping to find a Joanns to visit or even a nice Walmart.

But before I go I wanted to leave you with the fabulous Nerds Outfit. The shirt was supposed to be a black tank but the machine ate it.

I need to work on a shirt for J but I am exhausted after going to NJ for a dance competition yesterday and today.

so I have finished cutting out everything for our trip.

I need to decide on shirts to go with the 5 pairs of shorts I cut out for J. I am going to attempt my first pair of shorts with Knit since I have figured out my serger.

I also cut out part of the skirt for my contribution to the Main Street Boutique Launch that is happening on April 3 on Facebook.

I want to make myself a couple shirts but can't decide what designs to do. Anyone want to make some suggestions.

I am glad you are trying knit... I don't work with it often, but I will say that it's so much easier to work with on Patience, because of her little needle hole - vs. my older Brother machines with the zig-zag needle plate hole... Also, it's much easier to work on with a serger.

I can't wait to see all of your awesome items for you trip!

I had an iep meeting for J this afternoon it was easy because it is for preschool tomorrow I have a meeting about kindergaten and aim stressed but I am sure it will workout.

Love how the shirts came out. I loved doing them.

so I think I have stressed myself out. Tomorrow is Js IEP meeting for going into the Public School System from Special Ed PRe-school. I am so scared that they are not going to give me the services I want for him to help things get easier for him.

I desperately want for him to have speech every day of the week and OT 3 times a week at a sensory gym. I really don't think him having services at school is going to be the right fit. I just am not good at confrontation and am petrified I am going to have to fight. I will fight but I would prefer not to.

If you could all say a prayer that this will go well I would appreciate it. My meeting is at 10:30 am.

I hope to get some sewing done tomorrow since my niece dropped off her lacrosse items to have her name put on.

I also want to post the duffy outfit tomorrow.

So life has been totally crazy with me stressing about these IEP meetings. Well they are over and I am pretty happy with where we stand right now.

It is now time for me to get back on track with all my Disney planning as soon as I finish embroidering my Nieces name on all her lacrosse clothing.

I can't wait to be done.

I also have a list a mile long but am feeling good about moving forward starting tonight.

The batman outfit came out really cute and I LOVE the nerds set. I'm not sure what is worse - ruffles or all those appliques. It came out wonderful and I understand why she loves it.

Great job on getting everything cut out. Can't wait to see the finished knit shorts. I used Heather's silhouette Mickey on a t-shirt for me for our last trip and I really like how it came out. I used some fabric that coordinated with my kids outfits/shirts. I also love her Peace, Love Mickey design and the Mickey swirl (head).
