Why do the English wear hats on their foreheads?

The Insider is currently ripping on the hats. Those getting clobbered include "the blue canoe" (on our new superhero - and they're making fun of her nose job), the beige bomber (worn by I don't know who?) and Fergie's daughters hats. They said that Victoria Beckham looked to severe and I'd tend to agree. Worst dressed were Princesses Anne, Eugenie, and Beatrice.

Sharon Osbourne said that Chelsea Davy looked like she was dragged through a bush backwards!

Adding that I wonder why Camilla wore cream? I know that the flower girls and maid of honor (Pippa) traditionally wear the same color as the bride. They kept on saying Camilla's dress was champagne, but it looked more cream than golden.

HAT PARTY! Let's all make our own. I've got some colored paper plates, some pipe cleaners, some feathers and beads, I've got lots of fabric left over from a bunch of not-quite-completed projects. Bring your own glue gun. I'm sure I can find some leftover elastic bands to get them to stay on our heads.
