Why are the prices different?

Why is it that when I call and talk to a CM I get one price from them and then get another price on the website? I got different prices for tickets and room (separately). And there is no code attached to my name so I'm really confused as to the reasoning. Can anybody shed some light?

That's what I thought too. But I tried working it ever way possible on the website, and I never got the same price that I was quoted by the CM.

I had the same problem and it really bothers me that they don't give you a breakdown of costs. You are never shown anywhere before or after you make reservations, exactly what they are charging for each thing.

Trip insurance might be included from the CM and not on the Website?

Also, the site is tricky. It ususally defaults to a better view/room category and length-of-stay park hoppers. Make sure you're comapring apples and apples.

I thought about that. But the prices that she quoted me were for tickets and room separately, without the insurance.

I to had problems with that. I recieved the 40% flyer for room only. So i asked what the ticket prices was seperate and the price she gave me is higher than the website.

That's what I found too.....CM quote higher than the website.
