Holy cow!!! Our DH's have the same birthday! My DH's b-day is March 14th too!!

OMG! Too funny!! We actually met a really nice family in WDW (I'll talk about them in a future installment ) and the husbands birthday was March 14th too! A good childhood friend of mine is also March 14th!! I guess it is a good day to be born!

Reading your TR is truly making me miss Disney. And it has only been a little over a month since we were there.

I'm glad you were able toget some sleep and that everyone is getting along better.

I loved the Poly when we toured it and that would probably be our next choice right up there with the WL if finances allowed, it reminded me of Hawaii.

Aww, next time I'll save some for you!!!

I'm so thankful for the sleep! The everyones all better part has kind of hit a wall though!

I sooooo can't wait to stay at Poly in March! What I've seen of it so far is so beautiful and peaceful!!

I really hope we can someday make it to WDW with all the beautiful Christmas decorations. Your pictures were great, but like you said I'm sure even more spectacular in person.

The Osborne light are so amazing!! So beautiful you kind of just stand there with you mouth open in awe. I guess that's why it's one big traffic jam. I loved the snow! It was 75 degrees and it was snowing. DH, being DH, was completely fasinated by it and wanted to know what it was made of. Then he saw a few bigger "flakes" It's soap!!!

I'm a capricorn, my b-day is 12/28. I'm not sure what sign the DH's are.

I did notice that the 40% off was gone. There was 40% off hats too I forgot to mention that. Later in the week 10 inch stuffed animals were on sale, I think 40% off as well! The kiddos like that. I found a lot of stuff on clearance this trip! I've never seen that before!!

A quick not really an update update!

I wanted to post the suprise yesterday. But plans changed.

I went for a hot stone massage yesterday morning using a gift certificate DH gave me for christmas! It was sooooooo nice!!

After the massage I did my motherly and wifely duty and went grocery shopping. I was putting the bags in my car when my phone rang. It was DH and he was completely panic striken. Ryan was throwing up. DH doesn't do vomit. Alrighty! Luckily for him the grocery store is at the top of our street.

Poor Ryan!!! he got sick all afternoon! He was fine through bedtime and all night. He sleep through the night with no fuss and no waking up. So we got this morning at 6 and had some milk. Then threw up all over me!! Oh boy!!

He seems ok again! I spoke the the dr last night to make sure it wasn't from his antibotics for his ear infection. She thinks it a stomach bug. Ughh!! I don't want to do the stomach bug thing again!!!

I also just finished writing an email to guest service complaining about the terrible service I've recieved from the Platinum Planning office for our March trip. I won't bore you with the nitty gritty but holy cow!! They've messed up my reservations, lost my reservations, unscheduled my reservations etc, etc!! I've been going back and forth with them since the middle of last week trying to get everything straight and it's just turned out to be one HUGE pain in the rear end!!!!! I should have skipped the planning office and done it myself through the dining line!!!

Anyway, hopefully I'll be back later with more!!

Ugghh! DD woke up Sat nite with the stomach bug too! She seems better now, but I hold off on dairy for 36-48 hours after the vomiting ends to be sure.

It's so crazy!! I swear I'd like to scrub every single millimeter in this house, including us, with bleach!! DH said if anyone else gets sick we're opening the windows and not closing them until the temp outside and inside are the same. I don't think we'll be doing that, too cold. But, I may consider opening them to get some fresh air in here and let out the germy air!

DH did all the laundry yesterday so all I had to wash was the stuff he got sick on today which wasn't much.

He seems to be better, fingers crossed!

It's crazy isn't it?! I think he's better now! He hasn't gotten sick since early this morning. He took an almost 4 hour nap this afternoon and then was very happy to seehis big brother and sister when they came home. I totally need that sign!!

I wish I could quarantine!! LOL!! But alas I can't. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the other 2 don't get it!

The whole platinum planning office thing has been completely ridiculous!!! When I sent the email to guest services I told them every step, and miss-step, that has occured and the fact that I think that the staff is completely incompetent. I'm interested to see what they say!

Thanks for the well wishes! Ryan isn't sick to his stomach anymore but he's still out of it. I took him for his cat scan this morning and he was really good! We ran a few errands after and he looked like he was going to fall asleep in the cart!

I got a call from the school at around 2:30, school gets out at 3. DD was in the nurses office with a bad stomach ache. I went and picked her up so she didn't have to take the bus with the a tummy ache. I also got DS at the same time. We came home, but had to stop and put gas in my car first. She made it into the house and into the bathroom and got sick in toliet! I was so impressed that she made it! She seems ok now but she's really pale!

The bug has been passed on! Ughhh!!!

Dorothy is still not feeling well, she got sick 2 more times last night. She's not getting sick again today but is still little down and out.

I've been sick since last night and generally feel icky! It does make for some good DIS time though! I ain't getting off the couch today!

I had to cancel brownies today. I haven't gotten any nasty calls from about it yet I was fully prepared to give the women a peace of my mind after last time.

Hopefully I'll be back later with the suprise update!

I survived the last 2 outbreaks of illness in my house. The first stomach bug and last weeks strep and Ryan with an ear infection. I guess I was due!

Day 2, Part 4

Ok! Here comes the suprise!! I know everyone wants to know all about it!!!

We got back to the room and everyone was excited to know what it was! I may have teased a little that there was a suprise

When we got into the room the first thing we saw was


Footprints!!!! Mickey footprints!!! He had been in our room!!!


He left us a cookie bouquet!


A ginormous stuffed Mickey and Hidden Mickey book!


A present with all sorts of goodies!


Goodies in the box! A mister fan, lightup necklace, a lightup wand, playing cards, there was also a pair of giant Mickey gloves!


He decorated our wall with cute balloon cut outs!


and left us a bouquet of real balloons!


A picture frame with an autographed picture in it! Notice the shiny mickeys, they were scattered about!

There was also a fleece blanket with our name embroidered on it, I didn't take a picture of it! Opps!! DD has claimed it for her bed

The kiddos and DH loved it!!! Everyone was very suprised!!

After we wound down bit by watching TV it was off to sleep!! Tomorrow would be filled with all sorts of fun!! ​
