Who will NOT be watching the Super Bowl tomorrow?

Me.. I was the proverbial "sports widow" when I was married to my first husband and have never liked football or any other sport since then.. (When I was in labor for our first child I had to wait for half-time before he would take me to the hospital.. )

Usually TBS runs an Andy Griffith marathon all day on Super Bowl Sunday - anyone know if they're doing it this year?

I won't be watching the Stupor Bowl either. My DH is going to a Grunt fest at a friends and I am going to spend the eveing with DS and maybe some Disney Movies we haven't watched in a while.

Never really understood the hype; must be a defective gene or something! Might be tempted to watch the 'show' parts - they have some really good acts.

I won't. Neither will my husband. We just aren't into it at all. In fact, we already have plans to go out for dinner and a movie.

I usually watch sports with my dh. Not because I particularly care but because he does.

I draw the line at the Super Bowl though

Oh man! You mean there is an Audrey Hepburn marathon at the same time? I love Audrey Hepburn movies. And I will be at my in-law's where EVERYONE watches football. Sigh.

I hate all sports, my Dad used to make us watch them growing up and I learned to HATE them! I actually stayed with my ex because he didn't watch sports!

As for my Dad, my aunt is giving him a Superbowl party tomorrow!

I watched the Super Bowl in 1986 when the Bears played. That's the LAST time I watched it!

Nope, I won't be watching it but DH will. Oh well, he doesn't drink, smoke, spend $$ frivilously....so I suppose I can cope with him watching the game tomorrow.

I just don't see the fun in seeing a bunch of sweaty men jumping all over each other & then patting each other on the butt!

I hate the Stupid Bowl (borrowing a phrase from my good friend Mare!) and I never watch it. I use it as an excuse to go spend my husband's money that hopefully he will win on the game. He, on the other hand, is mad about football. I used to let him watch it here, until the year he ripped the kitchen cabinet off its hinges in a fit of rage when his team didin't win. This is usually a rather mild mannered person, so he scares me when he watches football. I make him go to someone elses house to watch football now - let him rip up their furniture. Tomorrow he and my BIL will be watching at BIL's house.

I like Baby Love's idea, I think I'll join her in the Audrey Hepburn marathon.
