Who was your salesperson?

We had Edwin as our guide and we can't say anything negative about him or our experience! He was patient and answered all of our questions. He gave us a zero pressure experience and also gave us 2 vouchers for a meal. We took his advice and went to Beaches & Cream for dinner.

We would recomend him to anyone who was looking for a new guide!

His name is Edwin Rivera and his number is 800-827-7142

Our original was James Thomas, but he left Disney shortly afterwards. Our account was handed over to Tony Diehl (sp) who did a great job with three add-ons and took care of my niece and her family.

Carol Ann DeAngelo was ours too. She was great. She was our guide in 1998 and when we bought this last summer....we asked for her again. She still had our info. We were really happy. :teeth:

Joan has always been great. She helped us through the intitial contract and 2 add ons. We even sent our friends and family to her. I hope she is still there!!!!!:jester:

We had Robin Daniels and she was just great. We live in the UK so weren't too sure about how things work in the US etc but she was patient with us, we took about a month to make up our minds, she always returned calls so we didn't have big telephone bills and we'd recommend her.:bounce:

My name is Marcus Webb, guides name was Mark Webb (must have been fate). Very friendly and effecient, a little pushy but that may of been because of my typical English sensibilities !

To be honest, I had already made up my mind to purchase BCV and had already carried out extensive research on DIS so Mark really only facilitated the purchase.

Oct 04 - BCV for 2 Weeks Yahoo !!!!

Yep, Linda Streetman-awesome.

Goldilocks,
I know how you feel. If you can get reassigned to a different person you're luckier (or wiser) than I. When I first became interested in DVC I was assigned a sales person who was pushing VWL. I told him I was interested in BWV or the rumored BCV. He just said that VWL was better and he couldn't give me any information about BCV. I still had questions, but he never returned any of my calls. So I bought resale at BWV. Now that I was an owner, I called and left messages that I could be interested in an add-on at BWV. No return call. I requested a new sales person and was told I could have one, but never got one. A few month later I bought another resale at BWV. I again called and said I'd be interested in an add-on at BWV. No return call AGAIN. Finally a few months after the additional BWV points became available (the sale office rooms) I got an email from him. I bought two add-ons from him then, but I hated to do it because I disliked him getting the credit. So when people on the board rave about their sales person I am always envious. I love DVC, but not my "lack of sales" person.

Our guide is Roland Lammers. Same as DVC Jen, I have never seen his name mentioned here. He was very nice and helpful, low pressure. He also did our add-on, and was a huge help, because it was just before BCV sold out, we were on vacation at the Jersey shore, and I was doing everything from my cell phone playing phone tag for a whole week. He got us our add-on just in time. We actually had to go on a wait-list, but he was pretty confident it wouldn't be for more than two weeks. Well, it came through within two days, while we were still on vacation.

We have Ricardo Quiroz. I haven't seen his name here anywhere. He's been very friendly, non-pushy but called when the incentives came up (big points scored for him!! :) ) and calls back in a timely manner.

We're going to buy soon, but we just decided to buy a new house, so it might get put off a month or two.

Sherri :)

Ours is Mayra Ramirez. Although she is always friendly and helful when have dealt with her she has a bad habit of not returning phone calls until a week later. This can be very frustrating and because of this we have been debating on requesting a rep change.

Our DS had Rose Dahill when he purchased and when we bought we had her also and just love her. She was patient through both transactions and very informative. Kind of sad that she is at Hilton Head though, were thinking we would be able to meet her when we went this fall.

I too have Roland Lammers. I was happy to finally see others who have him too. I like him, but I too have never heard from him. :(

I did have a question after I closed and called him, he called me right back with the answer :)

Michelle MacAlister was my guide she was very very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend her. 1-800-827-7201.

I can't remember our original guide, I think he's in upper management now.
We've had Diane Henry for 2 add on's and she has been great, always gets back to us with answers and ALWAYS very cheerful-Gary
