Who to complain to??

I have to write a letter about a lack of response from disney about cosmetology services and grand gatherings...anyone have a email addie I should send it to?

I have always gotten reponses within 24 hours when I used the link on the Disney World website.

Well looks like they don't want to respond to my email either-arghhhh.
I used the link above to email them a week ago and still have not heard anything regarding my concerns and complaint (which happens to be about me making inquires to both Grand Gatherings and Disney Cosmotology)-wow-they are really impressing me in the customer service dept-sheesh.
Anyone have a number I could call? Or another email addie to try?

Please remember that WDW gets literally thousands of e-mails a day. If you wrote a specific complaint, then it will need to be checked into before they can get back to you with a solution. Things that can be quickly answered are quickly answered. The more involved the letter or e-mail, the longer it takes to get a response.
