Bob Minnigan sold us our original OKW in 1995, but Betty Prikryl took over for our OKW add-on and our BWV purchases after Bob left.

We toured w/ Bill Labor Day Week '08 (a week off Free Dining in a Value will really sell you on DVC)
Bought BWV resale through TSS (Jerry) Nov'08.
Added-on BLT w/Bill Jan'09
Tried to tour the BLT model at SSR May'09, but Bill was MIA.
Got a call last week from Nick Cotton telling us he's our new guide.
Maybe we'll meet him over Christmas. We really want to add on more BLT, but want to stay there first.

We started out with Bill Berghoefer who was with us for 3 of our contracts, but then he left We LOVED him!!!!! We were then given I believe Ricardo Florez and when we wanted to buy VGC we were told he got promoted and now we have Annmarie El Haj. We talked to her once and seemed like a nice woman, but we really miss Bill!!!

Oh no, I hope Nick isn't gone!

We have had Nick Cotton for some time but recently we were at HHI and Linda Smit left a message saying she was our guide and hoped we had a good time.
