Has anyone else heard that Betty Prikryl retired?? We got a call from Ricardo, telling us that someone had used our name as a ref....dh asked about Betty and was told that she had retired and Ricardo was now our 'guide'. I would have thought we would have heard in another way, but guess I could be wrong.

We are new members and we had Ron Rybak. So excited to finally be in DVC, but not a very pleasant experience with Ron. When we add on, I am hoping we can switch guides.

We are new members....Darren Hutchinson is our guide. We took the tour in August and he gave us his card and just last week we called him back and bought DVC. He is very friendly and easy to work with.

the company and he would be our new guide. I was surprised to hear this

because she had called me only a few weeks ago about my upcoming vacation.

We are in the process of switching from Ricardo Quiroz to Jeff Jarosz. Sadly Ricardo ignored every single call or email we put in to him for the last few months to enquire about some points purchases so we called DVC to switch. Jeff was a golfing buddy of our old guide Marshall Sutton so we feel much happier about being with him!!
