Who is this character - (Bear at MK)

Okay, we met a ton of characters and there is another character I am stuck on. He is a tall bear with a red scarf around his neck. The scarf has white polka dots. He has big lips, baggy dark pants and looks like has suspenders. He was with 2 other bears dancing around MK about 2 weeks ago. Anyone know who this is?
He has light brown fur and has a somewhat sad face. It is not Bear in the Big Blue house since I know what he looks like.

Actually, I googled Brer Bear and my pic looks nothing like him.
This bear has a more sad face. He is not wearing a hat, does not have fur on his face, has a red polka dot scarf around his neck and was with 2 other bears dancing around. His suspenders are white.
Sorry to be a pain but this is really bugging me and I want to know for my scrapbook. Thanks so much!

As you completely made me want to find this out for you...could the bears name be Liverlips? I did a picture search on Google, and came up with a bear with a red and white polka dot scarf and a name..Liverlips. Anyone confirm this for me? Not ever seen the Country Bears show myself.

It is actually Brer Bear and that is not the character if you saw a redscarf it is one of the country bears, but i don't know who since that attaraction is always a must miss with us.

The Country Bears are fun ones to interact with! He is in the Country Bear Jamboree, though he looks a bit different there in the show!
