one week to turkey day. what are everyone's plans? I dont think I am cooking at all because we are going up to our gville property again. DH has to work 8-2 on thurs! then we are hitting the road.

Thanksgiving -- I'm not having one. Well technically I am, but not until Sunday. We always have Thanksgiving at my parents house, and they are going to my granparents house for the weekend. At first they invited me and the girls, but then they changed their minds and decided they wanted to go alone. Since Lyzzie doesn't eat turkey and I only eat turkey and potatoes and Emma may or may not eat at all, it doesn't make sense for me to make a Thanksgiving meal just for us, only to throw it away. So my parents will have the big meal at their house on Sunday after they get home. Sunday is also my mom's birthday.

I'm rolling on the floor over here!! I was just reading a thread with a news story about how Australia has told their Santas not to say "ho ho ho" because it's demeaning to women. How dumb is that?!

I laughed out loud when I read that and couldn't wait to tell one of my coworkers. A few minutes later I heard her back in the mailroom laughing, she came running out to tell ME about it! (and she is not a DISer, she found it elsewhere)

How long do you think until the US adopts the same policy? Sheesh, sometimes I think PC stuff is going a wee bit overboard. I wonder how things will be in my grandkids' generation? I can see the pendulum swinging the other way before too long.

Here's my itinerary-

Thursday- Arrive at AKL, sleep!

Friday- MGM day, WCC for dinner, MVMCP!!!!

Saturday- MK day, LTT for lunch

Sunday- Epcot day, Behind the Seeds tour, Le Ceiller for dinner

Monday- DTD day, go home

People come into your life for a reason, a season, or
a lifetime. When you figure out which one it is, you
will know what to do for each person.

When someone is in your life for a REASON . . . It is
usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have

Because your turn has come to share, grow, or learn.
They bring you an experience of peace, or make you laugh.
They may teach you something you have never done.
They usually give you an unbelievable amount
of joy. Believe it! It is real! But, only for a season.

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons; things
you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional
foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the
person, and put what you have learned to use in all
other relationships and areas of your life. It is said
that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.

I think they tried to deliver my sweater and free stuff today today- (very fast considering I ordered it Friday) but when I went to the door I couldn't see the guy through the peep hole and I heard him singing at the top of his lungs....... That didn't sound like something a UPS guy would do so I just ignored it, I'm in my PJ's anyway (did I tell you guys I got Jeremiah's horrible cold??? I hope this goes away soon because I feel like crap!) Anyway, I opened the door when he left and it had a UPS notice so I guess the UPS guy was singing....... I heard him singing loud even all the way down the stairs!! I'll just have Jeremiah pick up the package from our front office on his way home from work!!

Hi, everyone!!

Well, I guess Nicole is on her way to WDW now!

I had to show Gary the video of the castle lit up for Christmas and told him that I was hoping somebody would realize that I just HAD to see it!! I also told him that there was availibility at either Pop or The Boardwalk Inn for Dec 8th-11th and a flight on SW would make a really great Christmas present. (hint, hint ) He told me that he sure hoped I found that person to give me that wonderful present, because it wasn't going to be him. Humph!!! I'm so hopeless!!


Our plans for Thanksgiving will be going to my mom's house. We divide the menu so that she doesn't have to do so much of the work. I'm ready for turkey, dressing and pumpkin pie!!! Yumm!!!
