Hurry Ash--sleepytime is calling my name-----------2x2s-------------where are you??

DissyLove--no deadline--WELCOME--hop on in. :Pinkbounc

DISCLAIMER: :teeth:
Do not notice how wrinkled this shirt is. It has been crumpled in a bag on my closet floor since last night. :) And yes, I have nothing better to do on a Friday night than photograph new clothing while my husband plays video games. And I value the opinion of my fellow cliquless sisters and the man :)

What do you think? Too 'foo foo'? I just thought it was different. It is very sheer, so I have to wear a cami underneath. I think (if I keep it) I'm going to wear it with black capri's...?

P.S. Those two lace strings tie in the back.

I'm waiting here for Ashley's shirt picture and just thougt of one of our friends--

APRIL-- how is everything going girie?? We've missed your company!! Hope everything is working out in all aspects for you and know that we are thinking of you!! BIG HUGS--my smilies went to bed already.

Find your computer in the middle of the room and say HI.

Are you counting down the days too?? YAY

Cute shirt, Ashley!

Nite, nite, chiqas.....

verrrry sleeeepy...........
must find bed, book, and zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Ash--first of all--love the disclaimer :rotfl2:

I don't think it is froo-froo at all. I think it would be really cute with black capris but also really nice with some "dressier" jeans and maybe some wedgie heels--nothing too fancy though as far as the shoes. You know what I am talking about?? Some strappy sandal with a slight wedged heel. You can pull your hair up and wear some cute earrings and you'll be good to go. Is this for your dinner at LeCellier?? I think it is cute, especially if it is different for you. Most important though--do you feel comfortable in it?? You know when you wear something that you don't feel comfortable in and it just doesn't seem right?? What does DH think??

Ashley, I LOVE that shirt! Where did you get it again? I forgot and am too lazy to go back & find it. I have one almost just like it in green... sort of lime green now that I think about it... that I got at Old Navy and it's one of my favorites, I wear it with a yellow cami and it's too cute.

Where are they talking about us? All good I hope. I did see something mentioned on the 'what I've learned on the DIS' thread, was that the one you saw too? I always wonder how many other people read this and don't post.

Welcome DissyLove! It's never too late to chat with us! We don't have anything as formal as deadlines around here.

2x2s, I actually hate, despise and detest anything with more than four legs. Hence the freak-out report every time I see a creepy-crawlie.

It looks like a lot of are spending the evening with Ms. Plum tonight. She really gets around, huh? Or should I say hunh?

Night DznyFan--have a good sleep.

I think I might have to go too.--must work in the morning.

So, I'm off--to see the wizard. :teeth:

Ash--we'll talk more tomorrow, hopefully. and btw--what is being said about us?? curious.

Donna--hey chica--what's on the menu--or are you taking the morning off since it is the weekend??
:dance3: :dance3:

I'm glad you guys like the shirt! I got it from Hecht's, a department store thats like Macy's (Macy's is actually taking it over in the next week.)

I feel comfortable in it, its just something different. I really liked the color. They also had it in pink. Lyzziesmom, ALL of my clothes are from Old Navy. It is seriously embarassing when I go in there, and EVERYTHING I'm wearing (including underwear and flip flops ) are from there!!

DH really loved the shirt, I was surprised! He actually insisted that I get it. Thats exactly what I was going to wear, some comfy, strappy sandles. It is for my first night, dinner at Le Cellier (at 8 pm.)

Thanks 2xcited for staying up and giving me your opinion!!

P.S. Lyzziesmom, I did see the references on the 'What I learned from the Dis' thread too, but also in other places that I can't remember. Just jokes about how we are 'clique-less' but in a clique, stuff like that, nothing bad. They're just jealous. :teeth:

Hey...at least we are nice here at the cliqueless clique!

Ashley I like the shirt.

Hey 2xcited, dznyfan, and lizziesmom...I see you guys are going night night. I had a wild night of spades. :teeth: I'm tired but a little wired on coffe and still very full from too much food. You guys enjoy your Plum books. :)

Dissylove :welcome: Jump right in we're not too

My boys are the king of ham's I think Connor's got a bent for being on stage and I try to encourage it....but sometimes the silliness and drama is over the top!

Can you see my dad in the picture making his "Arrrgh" pirate noise? :rotfl: :lmao:

Ashley---that shirt is super cute, I despise shopping but if I walked in and saw that I would pick it up.

Lyzziesmom---The cricket picture is creepy :scared: When we were in Florida at the end of July (for a church trip) I had one about that size on back, I about had a heart attack. What is it about Florida and the super-sized gentically altered ginormous bugs? Lyzzie is a cutie!!

Dzynfan---Hope you enjoyed your time last night with a quiet house. :goodvibes

Hellokitty--Walmart gives me such a headache when I go over there, grocery shopping turns into a 3 hour ordeal (especially if I need deodorant and have to go to the other end of the store to get it!).

Pozey--Your daughter is so cute, those eyes are beautiful. Since we are a house with boys (except me and our 2 cats) I pray for sweet daughters in law that will think I'm the "bomb" instead of the plague! My boys would've loved a sister.

Linda hope things are good with you. :goodvibes  to Donna, 2xcited, preciouspixie (when does nursing school start?), YM, Michelle, tinkerbell girl, Amber and anyone else I forgot. Remember I have an excuse I lost braincells with each of my pregnancies so be patient with me (that's my theory anyway!) :rotfl: :rotfl2: :dance3: Have a good Saturday ya'll!

Good Morning!

UGH- I'm at work for half a day because of all the days I'll miss because of the surgery and school starting next week. I'm all alone! I wish my coworker would hurry up and get here!

Lyzziesmom- that cricket is creepy!

Ashley- I love that shirt! It is so pretty. I'll have to go to Foley's (soon to be Macys) and see if they have it here. DBF will not wear shorts on the trip! I told him he will be hot. I don't wear shorts here but there I will. I'm pretty pale and my legs aren't in that great of shape but I don't care! Other people talk about us! Good things I hope!

I went to Walmart to see if they had any cute Tink tshirts and I didn't like anything. Oh well. Anyways for my trip, I bought some cute Tink tshirts from there a while ago.

Back to work!

Have a great Saturday!

GOODMORNING EVERYONE :sunny:

Sorry to disapear last night but I got great news and I am going to hold you out in suspense for it.

The Greatest Game Ever Played is a disney movie that takes place in the early 1900's in Brookline, MA (yea for neighborhoods near Boston) and is about a kid who has nothing but a dream and acheives it. More details you say, well he comes from a working family and he himself has worked as a caddy since he was a little boy, the twist he is actually a very talented golfer. Almost nobody believes in him, not even his father who says he should get e good job and bring home money bc he isn't like the rest of them he has to work. The movie stars that Shai Lebeuf (? the kid from Even Stevens) and is one of the best follow your dreams movies I have ever seen (right up there with Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken for those who can remember that one from he early 90's) It is actually a true story and is written and directed really well. I am not big into golf and I really enjoyed this one. Great family pick too.

Ash - (thats what I call my cousin it is just insticnt) I love that shirt! It is so cute. The fact that you got it on sale even better!

Creepy bugs in FL are even creepier. Actually in the 70's some people had this brilliant idea of bringing over these lizards from the Bahamas to help with the mosquito population. Now everyone is regretting it. These particular lizards are soooo BIG they look like dinosaurs. They are now moving on to eating other things like native lizards, frogs, etc. I will have to snap a picture one day and show you gys it will make yor skin crawl. We had a duck lay a nest of eggs in our bush and the dran lizards got her to actually leave the nest (feathers all over the place) and they ate every last egg :guilty: . Moral of the story: Don't bring exotic animals to different habitats.

:jumping1: Welcome Dissylove

I can't believe I forgot to tell you my great news. My inlaws gave us there free airline miles and Nick and I are going to Boston next weekend
:dance3: :yay: party: :Pinkbounc  :yay: :dance3: :bounce:
I am so excited! I miss it like crazy and we haven't been there since we moved. I can't wait. I think I am even going to get a ticker. I only wish the Sox were going to be in town but thats all right the ticket prices are soo high anyway.

 hey mommyintn....I'm so with you about the daughter in law worries...I'm prepared for the worst. We recently added Sophie the dog to our family so we have a second girl. I think my boys would have been good with a little sister but it never happened. Oh...and I agree with the braincell theory....I lost half with each prgnancy...I would have a negative balance if we had three. :rotfl:

Pixie, that movie sounds good, and it sounds like one that I can actually watch with the kids too! I'll have to check it out, thanks. I don't think those big lizards would bother me, I actually think lizards are pretty cute. They don't have more than 4 legs, so they don't creep me out. I don't remember seeing any that big when I lived in FL, but maybe a picture will jog my memory? I have the same problem as Angela, pregnancy killed my brain cells! Every once in a while Lyzzie will still ask me, "Do you still have pregnancy brain?"

Nicole, ugh working on a Saturday? Well I guess you do what you gotta do. I've been known to do it from time to time too to make up for lost time. Whoa that's a lot of t's! What kind of surgery are you having? Did you already tell us and I forgot? If you don't want to say, that's ok. We all have our secrets around here.

Well, we are off to the new Disney Store just as soon as my camera's batteries are charged up! It looks like a fun event, I hope so because it's like an hour away.

mommyin tn - school starts monday!! I am so excited! I'll have class mon, tues, and thrus nights from 6- 10:30. :cool1:

Lyzziesmom- Well, I have had a bladder infection for 2 1/2 months! :( I went to my regular doctor twice and it never went away! So I went to a urologist the other day and found out why it never went away. I'll spare you the details. So I have to have out patient surgery on Thursday to fix it. BIG UGH!!!!

Sorry if this is TMI!!!!

Pixie - congrats on the airline miles and trip to Boston! :woohoo:

YM - man, if you think loss of brain cells in a pregnancy is bad.... I had a little surgery a couple years ago, (wasn't going to have any more kids anyway...) and I could have sworn they made a mistake and removed my brain! My friends who have had the same have all said the same thing! Even my boss mentioned something about it when I had my review this year, I'm not normally forgetful or ditzy, and talk about the train of thought derailing! It was off the track for months! Better now, but I still find myself forgetful.

Nicole - I went to our (closest) Wal Mart this morning - they had a cute tinkerbell shirt in juniors - kind of green with a 'sketched' Tinkerbell on it - I wanted it for myself! (I could pick one up and mail it to you) pixiedust: for your surgery.

Talking about MILs and sons - I HOPE I'm not one of "those" MILs when my day comes. My dear sister is - I feel sorry some times for her new DIL (who bless her heart is only 18). Sis seems to think that she knows everything about how to cook (and other things) and is insistent that everything her new DIL does is the wrong way, and "here let me show you how to do it right". AAAARRGGHHH! I'd go nuts. :sad2: The girl was over here with my nephew about 2 months ago right after they got married, they were making Queso, and she was telling me (as she was opening a roll of sausage) that when she was opening a roll of sausage at my sis's house to make same Queso, that my sister said that she was opening the sausage wrong!!! IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW YOU OPEN A ROLL OF SAUSAGE!!! She said my sister had the grand plan to go to their church and give cooking lessons to all the new young newlywed girls.....
Anybody need a sister?

Hi everyone!!! :sunny:

I'm glad you guys like my shirt!!! I'm definitely keeping it now! :)

Nicole: I'm so sorry you have to work today! How horrible. But atleast its worth it, you will have your surgery and then be all good for (our) Disney trip!!! I saw some Disney shirts that I liked at Walmart. I think I may get one or two for my trip, but your right, I didn't see any cute Tinkerbell ones. I was surprised, since she is getting more and more popular! I actually refuse to wear shorts. Thats why I was hesitant to get those bermuda shorts, but those are kind of like capri's. I'm sure you will look great in your shorts! Jeremiah always wears shorts though, he has a more natural tan than I do! I am WAY too pale, it has gotten better since we went to the pool all those times, but with my ear infection, I don't know how much more I can go!

Precious Pixie: You can call me Ash! People call me that all the time. :) That movie sounds good, and YAY for the Boston trip!!! Have fun!! :)

Lyzziesmom: I think I'm going to make a special trip to the "far away mall" today to go to a different Disney store! I'm going to look for Amber's hoodie she wants!

Mommyintn: Hmmm, a girl that hates shopping? (gasp) Well I can kind of understand, if your with your husband or kids. My husband is always bugging me to hurry up!!! I'm glad you like my shirt though, so far its 100% everybody likes it. Walmart is pretty bad. I don't see myself going there for a loooong time!

Hope everyone has a great Saturday! Nicole and 2xcited, hope your day isn't too bad at work!! :wizard:
