Ooh, Parasailing sounds like so much fun! I would love to stay at The Contemporary and do that on one of my days off from the parks. Do they do it anywhere else besides there? I know you don't have to stay there to do it, but thats just what I would prefer.

If you want something really nice...upscale... Victoria and Alberts at GF  it is expensive...but REALLY nice!!! I've only done it once.

Maybe have GF bakery make you guys a mini wedding cake? they are so adorable!!! I called Concourse to have a cake there for us...and they never brought it...and I totally forgot about it :confused3 oops! oh well!

I'll have to think of some other things... hmmmm

I would also like to parasail at Disney sometime. I think that would be awsome. Or maybe a hot air balloon ride over Disney?

It is my dream to ride in a hot air balloon over Disney!

I would love to book something like that for our September trip. I'm not sure what though. I want to do something special for DH because its our late honeymoon..Anybody have any ideas? I could order a basket and have it delivered the room...I don't know! :confused3

Have you ever heard of the poster Feralpeg? I know she makes Disney baskets. You might want to ask her if you can order one.

eeeeee....I learned how to multipost!!! :cheer2:

Yay Nicole!!!!!

I was thinking about Victoria & Alberts...but DH is a pretty picky eater. I dont think he would like the food.

I love that idea about the mini wedding cake! We are eating at the Concourse Steakhouse, too!!

To everybody with a trip planned, what are your ADR's? I saw Amber's, they look great! We are eating at: Le Cellier twice ( I kind of regret this but I don't know what to do so I might as well keep it, it is my fav restaurant) Coral Reef, Tony's, Mama Melrose, 'Ohana, and Concourse Steakhouse.

We have ADR's at Crystal Palace, Marrakesh, 1900 Park Fare, Boma, Sci-Fi Dine-in Theater, Whispering Canyon Cafe, and Alfredo di Roma. We have been to CP, 1900 Park Fare, and Sci-Fi before, but the rest are new to us, and they are all new to my folks. As a kid, we were the ones who brought our own food - I was never even allowed to get a Mickey bar! I love love LOVE free dining!!

ETA - I almost forgot we're going to the Hoop-de-Doo too! We did the luau last year and Lyzzie really loved it. She wore the leis for days afterwards! We are also planning on going to the campfire at Ft. Wilderness, we have a day at Universal/IOA and we want to hit Disney Quest and Blizzard Beach. Whew, I'm tired just thinking about it all!

I like the Mickey rice krispie treats... you can use a snack for them...oh and you can use a snack for the WHOLE box of Entenmanns donuts!!!

Yeah I know about the donuts - we are planning on getting a box for breakfast one day! Mmmmmm...... donuts.

My adrs are
9-29 WCC
9/30 Crystal Palace
10/01 Le Cellier
10/02 1900 Park Fare

Lyzziesmom- My family was the same way when I was younger! We were on a budget!

Linda- I love the Mickey Rice krispie treats too. I got a HUGE rise krispie treat from Goofy's Candy co. It was so good! I think I'll have to get another one next month. Another Disney treat I like are their shortbread cookies. They are so buttery!

You're making me want to go!! Do you have anything "special" planned for Lyzzies birthday there?

The 1900 Park Fare breakfast is where Lyzzie really wanted to go. We did the dinner there last year and she fell in love with the strawberry soup. I make it at home but I don't think it's the same. (I don't like strawberries so I really have no idea.) She will also wear her birthday button and celebrate for most of the trip, since the trip IS her birthday present.

lyzziesmom and Tinkerbell_Girl........I see both of you have ADRs for Whispering Canyon.......

That is my favorite restaurant in all of Disney!! Love it!! :thumbsup2 But then, I am just a big ol' kid at heart!! I think it is each one of my family members' favorite restaurant as well.

Have fun!!

I'm a big kid too, pozey! I'm really looking forward to WCC, it looks like so much fun! You guys have gotten me all excited about my trip again! Not that I was unexcited, just that with so much other stuff going on, I had other things to think about.

Whispering Canyon! Even though I don't care much for it at lunch/dinner, I love the breakfast there!! And the atmosphere is just so much fun! When we were there at Christmas, there were 7 of us, and we were seated outside the main restaurant seating area. We had a waitress whom, when asked where we were from, (Okla) asked if we could sing the song. Well - our entire table is a bunch of music geeks, (and geeks in general) and boy, did we! I think we woke up the main dining room. Then we had to sing happy birthday to a kid at the table next to us. I think I'm in the mood for their waffles and sausage - right now!

Well, I'm booked for the Segway tour! Yay!! It'll be our last full day there, so there will something exciting to look forward to at the end of the trip, rather than just thinking, "One more day until we go home."

Ok soooo....is this still the non-clique thread or is the non-clique thread clique thread? :rotfl: :lmao: BTW I'm not in any of the cliques, tryed to hop into one and got jumped on, then apologized to but I felt too weird to post again. And I know I will never get a tag from the "tag fairy"
