I just found out we are going to see Beauty And The Beast in NYC!! going to see John Tartaglia as Lumiere!!! At least we get to see it on Broadway before it closes! Erin will be stalking the stage door....

I sent Erin a text this afternoon after I confirmed that John Tartaglia was going to still be in Beauty and The Beast while we're in NYC. I get a text back:
"OM(letter after E)G!!!!!"
I was laughing SO hard! I sent her one back: You know, you just said "OM("letter after E")G to your MOTHER!!!"

Parents, trust me, as they get older, these things get a lot easier to take!

How funny! I love reading about the great relationship you and Erin have. But a question……Did she spell the whole thing out? Or was it just the acronym? Still funny no matter which way.

It's funny......Chase loves to listen to AC/DC. He's a head banger.... Anyway, he says he can't listen to one certain song because it has a bad word in it.........Hell's Bells.

Well, of course she didn't!!! (been there, done that) I'm sure her daughter is just perfect! (every one else's daughters are little heathens) Hang in there!

Can you call the girl that regularly does your hair and explain what happened? See what she can do?

It basically comes down to the girl gets jealous whenever Brittany has another friend. The mom is blaming Brittany for killing what little self esteem the girl had left. Um, her daughter calling Brittany stupid and ugly doesn't do something to Brittany's!? The mother called me 5 times within 20 minutes last night. I was on the phone so I did not answer it. I checked my cell phone this morning and she had called it twice. At this point the mother is being more annoying than the 12 year old girls. I wish I could get these eyes to roll back further!! Anyway, I just know I am going to hear from her again today. Thank goodness for caller ID!

Lizziesmom...I hear you on the no friend part add boys to that mix too! Hormones I say, you can smell them a mile away! I'm a poet and didn't know it!

I'm about to call the salon. The girl that does my hair doesn't come in until tomorrow but I am going to see what can be done to at least darken the blond. I pulled it back and I look like a tiger! Actually if it wasn't for the roots she left so poorly I would live with it for now. I still don't understand why she used bleach, I had told her I wanted to go darker, not lighter! Actually I told her that 3 times before she started!

Oops, I was whining again! Sorry!!!!

Well, as of yesterday, I now work for the 16th largest company in the United States. The company I work(ed) for was bought out by McKesson Corporation. McKesson is the 16th largest company in the US.

The deal was finalized yesterday. Hopefully this will not impact my job, but I am sure that some jobs will be consolidated. Also, we are hoping that our benefits will be better than they were.

So......did anyone see the Miss America Pageant last night? Guess who won? Miss Oklahoma!!! Again!! This is the 2nd year in a row that Miss Oklahoma has won the Miss America Pageant.

I am reading over what is allowed to be carried on. I hope none of you are planning on bringing a hatchet, cattle prod, saw or meat cleaver! It's sad that these have to be listed.

I don't see anything on makeup and such. If I bring my (non-aerosol) hairspray in the carry on does it have to be under 3oz and fit in the quart size baggie? Also what about lip glosses, lotions and makeup in general? I know these were all banned at one time, but it is not clear on if these are included in the the stuff that cannot be over 3ozs and in the quart baggie. I don't want to get anything taken, so I want to make sure I pack it right!

pozey: I hope the consolidation works out in your favor. Perhaps you can get moved out of the hateful cube location? And better benefits is always a plus. Once the reorganization calms down, you should have a lot of stability being in a company that size. Good luck! It was the acronym. I gave her a bad time about it when she got home yesterday evening. (I couldn't resist...)

Yeah, we just came in on the last half hour or so. We have a good time deciding who we think are the best looking ones. We decided that Miss Texas - who came in 2nd - looked like a man in drag.

But we also decided that while the contestants are very pretty, we both prefer "natural looking" people. She does not like the "pretty boy" type of guys (hence the reason she married me). She likes a more rugged natural kind of guy.

And I am the same way with women. I think a woman who doesn't have to wear a ton of makeup looks better than one who tries to make herself look like a Barbie Doll.

Okay.......hopefully I haven't offended any of my wonderful Cliqueless Cliquers.

O.k. I found my answer, the only thing I still have a question on is makeup. I use BE which is loose powder, does it go in the plastic bag? Sorry this is such a stupid question, but I don't want to lose my BE, but I want to be able to freshen up when I get off the plane.
