Who here is not in the "clique" like me? Part 2

Hi ya puppies----


How was everyone's Sunday??

Mine was good---didn't do alot.

I ran to Borders to pick up the Hanna Montana CD for my niece. Her birthday is next week and she is having a Hanna Montana "dance party". This just cracks me up----she is having 20 (yes, 20) little girls over for pizza, popcorn, Hanna Montana movie and dancing----complete with karoake (butchered that one??) and disco ball!!!!! This will be a riot.

I then met my parents for pizza at a place called Dewey's---yum!!! I built my own with olive oil, spinach, fresh tomato, capers and prosciutto. I also had a greek salad which was to die for!!!

Now, if I just had one of Ashley's brownies for dessert, I'd be set.

Then, to finish the day---church then a quick run to Target. (which I just completely remembered I forgot something----typical)


Anyway, I just spoke with my mom because they went to the hospital (I just could not do it today----is that terrible??)-----she said that my grandma is not as bad as what she expected. It sounded like she was a bit more lively tonight---talking a bit more. My mom talked to the nurse and she said that the infections are getting better but the problem is that she just won't eat anything. My sister saw her today and confirmed what I saw yesterday---very weak. But, after talking to my mom tonight, maybe there's hope. Thank you all for all of your prayers!!!! You guys are really the best!!!



I put my order in for the Pirate/Princess party for Monday, 2/5.


Lyzziesmom----To be honest, I have never really travelled with a huge group, maybe 6 (but all really close family)-----so whatever works is fine with me.


April---I'm sorry your extented stay didn't work out---but you will have a wonderful time no matter what. Just think, another two months and you will be there again!!


Nicole---we wish you were going in Feb. too-----it's not too late.


Donna----Ms. Informed---thanks for the itinerary posting. It's nice to see what our fellow cliquers are up to in the World.
You've been a busy girl today with your decorations, sounds like. Get ready----this beautiful weather is supposed to be leaving by mid-week, what I hear. Snow for Wed/Thurs. Did you hear this?? Lovely.

(I can really tell my prednisone med. is higher-----I could eat a house----I am sipping on some herbal tea right now as to refrain from chewing on the walls.)

I went Christmas shopping today and got my mom and sister their presents. Whew! They are the hardest to buy for. My sister was simple this year, she wanted a gift card, and I got my mom some blouses. How is everyone else coming along?

I was all ready to hit the stores yesterday (which I did for me ) and buy people Christmas gifts but DH was NOT in the mood so HE decided that we were just buying everybody gift cards this year rather than mailing up presents. He said gift cards would be easier to send back home . Well that made that easy.

Hey...you guys were chatty...

I'm taking a reading break. Our trip back went well until we were about 60 miles outside of Tulsa...we hit a horrible jam on I-44...no wreck just the non-stop construction. You can always be sure to find a little construcion on our most busy turnpikes in Oklahoma...trying to find a way to jam up traffic and waste out $$$. They even had the news cameras out...I waved in our standstill but I didn't see myself on the news.

Donna...thanks for the spelling correction....I didn't think that looked right. Anyway...Mt Vernon is a busy little dinner spot on Sat pm.

2xcited...Well...nice to see my midwestern accented friend chatting this evening...do you think you will be able to get a word in edgewise...in feb? (this Okie accented girl loves to talk)
