Tonight I’m making a noodle, veggie (cleaning out my veggie drawer), and chicken stir fry.

I bought a bunch of fresh cranberries at Costco this morning so today or tomorrow I’ll can some orange cranberry sauce. It will be the start of holiday food prep!

I made maple dijon chicken and roasted sweet potatoes, broccoli, and green beans. The maple dijon marinade was a new-to-me recipe and it was incredible. I've tried similar recipes in the past and haven't liked them this much, so this will go into regular rotation.

There’s nothing like putting together a homemade sandwich at home! So that’s what I did for after church at lunchtime. So good. Fresh shaved roast turkey & London broil..red leaf lettuce, thinly sliced white onions, sliced heirloom tomatoes, Grillo’s sliced pickles, provolone, Italian dressing, salt & pepper, on fresh French rolls. Ina would be proud!

For dinner, I’m grilling up marinated chicken. just threw on a foil packet of butter carrots & a foil packet of Yukon golds.

....while the Primo Piatto hearth-baked pizzas are pretty good, I suggest trying Bar Riva, which is right next door. The Panzanella salad:

is pretty darn good, but my absolute favorite is:

the grilled chicken pasta! Of course, for the less adventurous palates, you can't go wrong with:

the signature burger.

Great suggestions! We will have to go there next time. I ended up getting the Mediterranean pita at Primo Piatto. DH wasn’t hungry so I grabbed something quick. That grilled chicken pasta looks excellent!

We picked up a mobile order from Captain Cooks tonight and brought it back to our hotel room. One of favorite meals!
