For those of us going in Feb, I have one little concern. In the past, when I've gone with larger groups, some in the group feel that EVERYTHING must be done TOGETHER. In my opinion, that really slows everyone down. Plus there's the issue of trying to get 8+ people to agree on which direction to go next!

Personally, I much prefer breaking into small groups and regrouping several times a day to rearrange. Some people may end up doing some attractions more than once, and some may miss something altogether, but for the most part, everyone turns out happy AND gets social time with everyone else.

What's everyone else's favorite approach/method for large groups?

lyzziesmom....I've already got a "GROUP" itinerary planned out including potty breaks...hope you need to go when I do. ::yes::

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

EAT: How many times do you want to ride It's a Small World? I hope three is plenty. :teeth:

Good morning Cliqueless Crew!!! Well, the weekend is over and back to work today. yippee. :teeth: I found this recipe and can't quite decide if they look appetizing or not. Have a taste and give me your opinion. They're chocolate pancakes!!

Good morning all!

2x- I'm glad your grandma is doing better. I will continue to pray for her. :)

Well, I still haven't had time to catch up. I'll try later today. I have to take my son to the doctor this morning. Last night we were working on our church (we have a new building and are painting the inside) and my son dropped a table he was moving on his foot. This morning it is very swollen and sore, so off to the doctor for an x-ray. :confused3 Poor kiddo. He's pretty tough, so if he says it hurts, I believe him.

I'll pop back in later. We have an appointment at 8:30.

Sounds like you all had a great weekend!

Yolanda

Happy Monday Cliquers!!

Well....I'm feeling better, but still have a nagging cough.

I hope each and everyone had a nice Thanksgiving!! I haven't had a chance to go back and see what everyone was up to.

I was pretty sick Thursday and Friday. Started feeling better Saturday.

Put up some outside Christmas decorations over the weekend. I still have a little bit left to do.

I took a vacation day today so that I could finish. I have to get up on the roof later and put lights on the house. Wish me luck.

Check in on you guys later....

Good Morning!

Donna- Those pancakes look good!

Keagansmom- Ouch! I hope nothing is broken. :grouphug:

Pozey- I'm glad your feeling better!

Donna - those pancakes look fabulous! Makes me want to try and make some.

Pozey - glad to hear you're feeling better.

Keagansmom - hope your son's foot is OK!

YourMajesty - yea, you're back safely!

2X2s - although it is good to hear your grandma is doing better, still more prayers going her way! :grouphug:

Apri - I LOVE your new accent!

Linda - what were the sites you recommend for Disney Cruise Line cruises again? A friend called and they're wanting to cruise - I told him not to buy direct from DCL but I'd find out the sites to use. Lucky. They're leaving for WDW in less than a week.

Linzybrooke?? Where are you? did the Black Friday zombies get you? I hope you survived Friday OK!

I got MOST of my decorating done yesterday, but I have to replace some lighted pine garland to finish. I'm feeling so festive now that the house is [mostly] done.

:wave2: Hey to everybody!

Good Morning Cliqueless Family!!

2xcited...Well...nice to see my midwestern accented friend chatting this evening...do you think you will be able to get a word in edgewise...in feb? (this Okie accented girl loves to talk) :smokin:

Hi April and Nicole. April are you joining us in Feb?
I'm a Jersey girl living in a Southern world. :rotfl: Imagine my accent. :lmao:

Yes, I am joining you all in February. :Pinkbounc :teeth: :Pinkbounc Just call me Johnnie Come Lately! This move has really been something. :sad2: But, the good news is, I'm in and settled now and life is kinda sorta starting to resemble normal. OK, so can Johnnie Come Lately (that's me) be a pain in the neck and ask the who's what, when and where's of the trip. {blush, blush, blush, blush for even having to ask}  . You can PM me the info too. That would be fine. I've tried going back into our pages but I'm having some difficulty finding everything. I want to get my tickets at the great price Allegiant Air is offering them at. Allegiant Air is brand new to our airport and they've been advertising $29-39 flights. I don't know if this is going to be a regular fare but I really want to snag it before they go up if they go up. So thanks in advance for your help. :wave2:

:welcome: midge3426

:welcome: blue_river
Be cliqueless no more and come join our group!! Just jump right in anytime! :wave2:

Donna:: As usual, breakfast looks delicious!! Mmmm, chocolate for breakfast! What could be better?

keagansmom:: I hope your DS's foot is ok. Please keep us posted!

Hi Pozey! :wave2: Sorry to hear you're under the weather. I'm just getting over it myself. Hope you're feeling right as rain real soon!

DznyFan:: Want to come help me decorate? :rolleyes1 Most of our stuff is still in storage and not easily accessible (sp?) as our home now is much tinier than our last home. Everyday since Thanksgiving I keep saying I need to just bite the bullet and dig out my stuff but I haven't done it yet. I have to get to it this week though because next week I'll be washing up and getting ready for our trip and then 5 days at Disney and then boom we'll be at Christmas so it's this week!! Keep me accountable people. :rotfl:

Good morning crew! Quick recap:

Tree = decorated!! Finally pried Lyzzie away from tv to help. Emma hung many many ornaments on same branch. I redecorated after 8pm. Only broke 1 glass ball, not bad. Would take pix but CAMERA IS LOST!! Sign to get new one?

House = decorated!! Would like more lights but don't want to become Griswolds for Xmas as well as vacation.

Keagansmom: Ouch! Hope DS's foot is ok. Now we know your name is Yolanda, very pretty! Many of us have posted pics of selves/family. Care to contribute? If not that's ok. Some of us = still mysterious.

Donna: Breakfast looks delicious! Recipe please. Pancakes, choc. chips, creamy filling... what's not to like?

YM: Group itinerary hunh? Remember, lyzziesmom's favorite attraction = restrooms. Bladder like a thimble. If Emma comes, she loves Small World and "Donald Duck Movie" (aka Philharmagic). Repeatedly.

2x: hope Grandma is doing better. Show her Donna's pancakes, maybe she will get an appetite.

April: nice accent! Dec plans finalized yet? It'll be here before you know it!

Lin: did you get crushed in Black Friday crowds? Or are you still in line??

Must work now. Hi to anyone I missed!

April: Get out that stuff and get decorating before it's too late!! (this is your daily reminder)

I got MOST of my decorating done yesterday, but I have to replace some lighted pine garland to finish. I have pics of 'before' but of course, forgot my camera. DD and I always decorate on the weekend of Thanksgiving, because DH is always off deer hunting for the weekend. Since we all came home on Sat afternoon he was around to witness (from his recliner, of course... :furious: ) the frenzy and the mess that is Christmas decorating. He was probably wishing he'd stayed at the lake. I'm feeling so festive now that the house is [mostly] done.

:wave2: Hey to everybody!

Hey there Dznyfan :wave2: there are a ton of great sites but this last cruise I got the best price at www.cruisecompete.com they have several agencies that send you prices, the cheapest price ended up being w/Robin at Cruise Vacation Outlet. I've also gotten great rates here at dreams unlimited, www.allseastravel.com , our laughing place travel... I have a ton in my favorites that I can send if you want... I always check AAA, Costco, and Sams Club as well. On the cruise compete site they list all the agencies they use :cool1: most give extra discounts or on board credits for military, disney visa holders, etc...I'm sure you know that already;) but every discount helps :smooth:

well, I'll have to reply more later...I'm starvin!

Hi everybody :wave2: hope you're having a great day!

one of my favorites I always check is www.themagicforless.com

Sounds like a good deal to me!! Just please please PLEASE make sure I get to ride Space Mountain... missed it the last 3 trips. :guilty:

I could go for a few times on ToT too, I LOVE that one!! And Pirates of course, and... well pretty much everything that moves, and a bunch of things that don't. Dang, I'm already feeling like we're running out of time!!

So which is everyone's favorite park? I love AK, but I get all misty-eyed in MGM so that wins out by a small margin.

MK used to be my favorite park, but now Epcot had taken it's place. I know some people say it's boring and too educational, but I love it!

Linda, thanks for the links - I've forwarded them on. I don't think they're going to qualify for any additional discounts, but I did mention to him yesterday that there are various discounts available.

AK... love  the Safari, EE, and festival of the lion king!!!
Epcot... gotta love Soarin, and TT
MGM... :woohoo: love RnR, ToT, and all the shows :cheer2:
the waterparks are fun too...but not a biggie at all since we have so many waterparks around here.

lyzziesmom... space mountain for sure :cool1:

I wasn't feeling well at all yesterday but at least Disney was on the travel channel for 3 hours :rolleyes1 guess what I watched :teeth: 1 hour of AK, 1 hour of wdw and 1 hour of DCL :woohoo: gotta love it. my only complaint is they're OLD! so much has changed on the cruise...they really need to get updated footage :sad2: ..but it still awesome to watch!!!

EE and RnR are THE best!!!

I agree! Those specials are soooo old. I used to have some on tape but lost the tape. :( It was always nice to watch them whenever I was feeling the Disney blues. The travel channel always comes out with a new Las Vegas show every year with all the new things to do there. So why can't they update the Disney shows? :confused3
