The only reason this cracked me up was because when I first saw Robin post this a few years ago I thought the same thing!!!

We went to this exhibit first.

The first tank was a bit crowded... I gave up taking pics on this one

I was able to get a close up of this... I don't know what they are though... I kept calling them lil worms

I kind of got carried away with pictures at the jellyfish tank. It was really cool to watch and the pictures do not do it justice.

I thought I would be cool and get a pic of the kids with the jellyfish in the background. But not only did the pic come out dark but there was only one jellyfish in the background. But this tank had about 50 jellyfish swimming around.

Michelle, I did that so that I would know approx how many posts that I had before I left for 11 whole days.

I just wanted to see exactly how far behind I ended up by taking so many days "off".

did you hear that Monterey Bay aquarium just euthanized their oldest - largest (1274 lb) sunfish...he had come down ill & wasn't responding to treatment....how sad as he was one big boy in that tank....kind of fun to watch him....

DU the boys were out of school Friday. They are now on Fall Break and will not have to go back to school until the 25th.

They sure are getting a lot of breaks this year. In March they have Spring Break for a whole week.


Well it's official, my first day of work is Tuesday. It's just for orientation but I will be there from 930 - 4 !

Wonder when payday is?

John and I had a nice dinner out last night with my sister and dbil. John had prime rib and I had veal parm (our usuals.) He had some trouble when it came to cutting his meat but he is improving every day
