Good Mornin TK'ers

Just crazy busy yesterday! The usual suspects at play!:headache:
Im off today, since I worked last Saturday. Gonna go get James, It a holiday weekend here.

Heres a story for ya all...typical of my life.

Yesterday after 2 hours sleep, at 4:45pm I gave da parents the Chinese Takeout menu. I told them while I go up & take a shower:scared: pick out what ya's want. My sister will be home at 5:00, let her pick. Then when I come down I will place the order & go pick it up!
THAT WAS THE PLAN!;)

I took a shower, got dressed for work, and is back downstairs at 5:05pm. I noticed my sister walking out the back door.
"Where is she going" I inquired!:confused3
"She is going to get the Chinese food, we placed the order"

    What about what i want???:confused3 :confused3

OH! was the response.

Would you believe my sister placed a order for her, and my parents....never even bothered to wait for me!!!!!!:headache: She forgot!

...and that was the HIGHLIGHT of my valentines day.

ps I bought 2 hot dogs at WaWa, ate them in the car while I drove to work!:lmao:

Happy Friday Everyone! :wave2: Weather - partly sunny or cloudy I always get them mixed up. It is predicted to be 65 (can't make the degree symbol :headache: ) degrees.
Had dinner at my sister's house last night. My brother-in-law travels for work, he is out of town Monday - Friday just about every week. They have five children. My sister is a SAHM, who homeschools her children. My parents are out of town this week in Florida visiting their Snowbird friends. Generally they get over to my sister's two or three times a week. So by yesterday she'd been all week with no adult interaction!
We are celebrating the February birthday's on Sunday (3 nieces, nephew). My sister's children have never asked for anything, generally when you ask them what they want or need for Christmas/Birthdays they say "I don't really need anything." This is true for all of them except little Mackenzie, she's currently three. She tells me last night "Aunt Michelle, wouldn't it be good if you got me a Hanna (Hanna Anderson - adorable children's clothing) dress for my birthday? I think a red one would be good." My sister thinks she got switched at birth. :rotfl: Of course, I already bought her a blue dress.
<sigh> I've got to get ready for a conference call!

G
That is a nice photo of Subway on the bench!!!! He really looked great - healthy - in that photo too!

Yes that picture was taken in August of last year. He was really healthy in his older years for a 15 year old cat right up until about a month before his death. Guess we have that for be thankful for.

Anyhoo, we're about to leave. Going to visit the Atl aquarium today. I'll be taking some pictures so be prepared for when I come back....:rotfl2:

Robin, did you get some sleep lastnight? You were up late and up early.

I hope you are having a good time at the aquarium.

I like fish :fish:

I'll be waiting for all the pictures.

I did get a little sleep. When I finally laid down to sleep, I couldn't.

For some reason last night I was in a cleaning and straightening mood, so I have to take full advantage of those moods when they strike.

It doesn't happen very often. :rotfl2:

Would you believe my sister placed a order for her, and my parents....never even bothered to wait for me!!!!!!:headache: She forgot!

To quote Stephanie from Full House:

HOW RUDE!!

He looks like a very sweet cat!

In his older years he turned into a real sweetheart, loving, friendly.

In his younger years he was a little hellion.

Just ask Liz to show you the scars on her back :scared1:

As for my Valentines Day. I got the usual, flowers that I bought for myself;) I've long since learned that if I ever want flowers that I will have to buy them for myself and so I do :)

I cooked a good dinner and invited my mother over to join us and then I went to dance class :dance3:

My dance teacher is on her way to Florida right now for 2 weeks. So at least I won't miss any more dance classes while I'm away.

She told me if I had time in Orlando to call her and we could go to Downtown Disney together :goodvibes

Tonight we are going out for dinner at a nice restaurant with some friends.

DU

Amazing, isn't it? You are so busy taking care of everyone in your family, they forget you're even there :( My family has a taste of that but thankfully hubby never lets me forget how appreciated I am for what I do for them every day.

Robin, subway is an adorable cat~he makes a fine looking angel~

That's so cool having a friend in FL you can visit with. I've done that the last three trips to the world-it's alot of fun spending time with someone different.

Cally, I cannot wait to see today's pics~I had no idea ps3 had that ability :scratchin Hubby and I talk about new game stations, we have two older PS right now and they play movies horribly.

So Robin, did Subway jump on Liz's back?

Hey that will be fun if you get to go to DTD with your dance instructor.

Cally, I cannot wait to see today's pics~I had no idea ps3 had that ability :scratchin Hubby and I talk about new game stations, we have two older PS right now and they play movies horribly.

You need the 40 gig one!:thumbsup2 They play Blu-RAY dvds. Which seem to be winning the HD DVD wars. Just announced WALMART will no longer sell HD DVD's!

We got the 80gig ... It's suppose to be able to play all PS games. From what I understand the 20 gig (discontinued) couldn't and the 40gig can only play ps2 games.

But anyways..it is also has wireless internet :thumbsup2 Not that we need another device to get on the net with. I guess it's just a fun thing to have :confused3

My SIL has the 20gig and it plays blu-ray too
