Now, my excitement for the day.

I had a guy threaten to kick my ummmm, behind.

To make the long story short, he had the impression that I "stole" a parking spot that was legally his

The only reason he thought it was his was because he zoomed right past me in the parking lot while I was waiting patiently for the several cars in front of me to park and or exit parking spots(only one combined enter and exit, dead end parking lot).

He then decides he's going to back into a space which I was close enough to beat him into

I honked at him so he wouldn't back into me and his female passenger gave me a lovely hello gesture. Then he backed up and threatened my behind and called me every nasty name that you can use to describe a female, including many that I have not heard uttered in an awful lot of years

Not wanting to stoop to his level I just shook my head and went in the bank. Thanking my lucky stars that he decided he didn't really need to go to the bank afterall and left

What's the world coming to when young healthy men have to beat up on little old ladies

When people do stupid things like that to me, I learned from a teacher long long ago...Look at them and smile really big and wave. They don't know what to do :confused3

Their thinking do I know them...most just don't know how to react. :teeth:

Good Morning TK'ers!! Oh Robin so sorry to hear about such an incident....but yeah you know it was "his" immaturity - so glad you didn't stoop to his level. I love that commercial too Colleen.....and i have always loved kathy bates' line from Fried Green Tomatoes..."I'm older & have more (or better) insurance" when she 'pushes' those two girls car out of the parking space.....not that i'd ever do that....but i thought it was great!!!! :rotfl:

I'm off to start my saturday...I'm gonna try something new today!

The kids put a ding in the surfboard I got them last year, so I have my ding repair kit, gotta set up a couple saw horses in the back porch and see if I can fix it for them.

Ok...I was setting up the surfboard and something hit me...

My mother and DU will be staying at the POP at the exact same time!!!!!!

She's been posting on our cruise thread about her trip, said she's leaving Friday-driving down this time, I saw DU's 7 days til Pop and realized...duh! They are there together!
