So much for a "me" weekend

Brittany decided to have a party for herself last night, she told me Friday night

I spent most of my day yesterday cleaning and getting stuff we needed for saturday, my son and Cate helped, Cate even made cupcakes for Brittany's birthday party

I woke up to a mess of a yard, two of my son's friends helped me clean it up. (Adrian and Brittany both had to work today.)

Today I gotta get my laundry done~

UM! How many people are 'camping" out at your house????

Send them over here when they are done there! I LOVE CUPCAKES!!!!!!!!!

My son had 3 and Britt had 3 spend the night.

They've all gone home or to work.

I cleaned the kitchen and bathroom and am still doing laundry. It was stormy here a little while ago, Penny is afraid of thunder. The house is very quiet now...it's nice~

I am reading and am staying caught up with all of you...If only I had time to reply~RL has got ahold of me...I expect it'll let go when I am listening to Harry Potter, driving down the coastal highway, thru delaware and maryland and then on to virginia...make a left at the border crossing and follow on out to the outerbanx...

for those who are interested...look at a map of the coast of North Carolina...now look realllly close to the outer right rim...you'll see a small strip of land, that follows the coast...that, is the outer banks. That is where we vacation...that is where I relax~

Spent the weekend at my moms place on the lake...
Did alot of work on the place.....did a little swimming...but mostly work....I did cleaning while, Mike and guys did the plumbing....

It turned out to be a pretty nice weekend weather wise...

Good Morning TK'ers - Enjoying my cup of java ^ catching up before starting in all these piles of paperwork all over my desk....
Really looking forward to the week ahead....the boys leave wed a.m. for their camping trip...so i have the house to myself - I REALLY enjoy those few days each year....i have a bunch of stuff that i have set aside to list on EBAY....so hope to do some of that each night they're gone....won't have to do any cooking (....oh i usually don't anyway)

PS~ DS & I went to see Chuck & Larry yesterday - "HILARIOUS"!!!!
