I booked our flights for our cruise in January. We are going down on the Friday before the cruise which leaves on the Sunday and returning home the same day we get off the ship.

I don't think I told you guys but Liz and her boyfriend are now booked into the cruise too

What started out as a cruise for 4 has turned into a cruise for 9

My DBGF, Just called me yesterday from her cruise ship(the sensation)...it was sitting right next to the Disney ship....She said the crew were talking about how rough it was going to be.... ..I hope it wasnt too bad...she didnt take anything either.... They said it might be bad enough to cancel the shows.... ...Its her first cruise too.... ...
Oh well you cant do much about mother nature..I guess...

Well I better get going ...I have to be back and have my mom ready for my B&SIL to come and get her this afternoon....

Hey as long as the boyfriend has his own money and can pay his own way, it's all okay with me

Liz is also paying for her own vacation, so I really can't complain too much

On the cruise, it is Rick and I, Liz and John, Cliff and Val (airplane buddies), Don, Penny and their son James (age 13) , also airplane buddies but friends for quite a few years. We have cruised twice before with Don, Penny and James

YUP. He just left...Thermostat went! Just waiting for the water to heat up....then gonna take a shower & go to work.

I may even get out of work early tonight...and if I do....i just might treat myself and go to the Brand new Casino that just opened 5 minutes away from my house. They are open 24x7. Everyone is RAVING about it!

Shhhhhhhhhhhhhh this is a secret. Not tellin anyone...just some me by myself time with a Slot machine!

I read about that casino and was wondering what everyone in your area thought of it. They've tried to put in some casinos around here and it has been very controversial to say the least! Let me know how it is. I'm not a fan of casinos. I only went once and hated it, so I gave up on the slots after a very short period and went to watch DH play Blackjack instead. He did very well. WOn about $600.00 I think.
