The man across the street from us when I was growing up was named Otto. He used to scare me though
He spoke very little English.

What nationality does that name come from?
One of my husbands grandfathers name was Kars (sounds more like kerse than cars) My brother in law has that for a middle name, my husband ended up with Roy as a middle name. Where that ever came from I have not clue because my inlaws were Dutch immigrants straight from Holland and I don't think there are any Roy's over there
