Who do I send a letter to?

I would like to send a letter to VB regarding a CM that was so very, very nice and went out of her way for us. I tried to tell a manager in person on our last day nobody was available at that moment. I have the address to VB but who do I address the letter to? A manager? General Manager? Thanks for any ideas.

Lisa, the General Mamnager at OKW, Sonya, is also GM at Vero & HHI. I cannot find her last name off hand, so I just emailed a DVC CM. I don't plan on hearing back until after the holiday weekend of course. I will post here when I hear something.

I'd just send a written letter to the Resort manager. A written note will also likely be added to the CM's file. (They like that!!)

An email is fine, but doesn't always carry the same impact as taking the time to send a note by snail-mail.

It's nice to see you writing a letter to commend someone for a job well done! I think most of us are very quick to make the time to complain, but not to offer praise. I try to do this whenever possible.
