Which Wait Time app to use?

Which Wait Time app is best (using iPhone)? I downloaded the "official" app from Universal which always shows the lowest wait times, then I have the UT app and the UO Waits app which seem to show significantly longer times. I'd think the official app would be best, but when it says FJ is 10 minute wait and the other two apps show 40 minutes it makes me wonder?

I think this is the one I have. It's on my iPad Mini, so doesn't look exactly like that phone screen shown. I can see all the wait times for each ride in both parks on one page.

Was there is past weekend and the "official" app was pretty close to reality, if not a little over actual wait time.
