A long, long time ago I read a post that really sums up all that has been written here. The only thing consistent about the food at WDW is it's inconsistency. That being said, my likes/dislikes have changed over the years.
Tony's - first visit terrible service and bad food; went several years before returning and really liked it.
Crystal Palace - Liked it first couple of times, then seemed a little dingy and blah.
Liberty Tree Tavern - food tasted better when there were characters (he said jokingly).
Hollywood and Vine - first visit was for breakfast (when it was 50s these) and loved it. Went once for dinner and nixed it for the future.
50s Prime Time - very disappointed first visit. Liked it last time, so we will go back.
Biergarten - did not like at all.
Teppon Edo - enjoyed the food and show the first time, not so much the second.
Boatwrights - friend (a frequent guest) said it was one of the best meals he had in WDW. I would definitely not say that.
Cape May Cafe - friend (a different one) liked it so much, her family ate there twice in same trip. Food, service and the fact that we had to sit a family of 5 at a table for 4 was a bummer.
