Please be aware that the Sellers of this contract are traveling with limited internet access, and we expect to have a response from them no later than Monday, September 23.
I would be shocked if (a) a broker disclosed to me what the seller was doing or (b) gave me a date by which they expected an answer without being told that by the seller. And, even if the seller told them when they planned to respond, I still would be surprised if this information was relayed to me as a buyer.

If time is of the essence, I would make it clear that the original offer has a time limit, and will expire by then unless we begin negotiation.

I don't need to know exact dates or that such-and-such is on a cruise ship or whatever, but literally no acknowledgement from the broker that the offer was received is wildly unprofessional.

Except that most of the resale sites force you to submit your offers through their portal where there's no opportunity to add context.

Saw this pop up on Friday and jumped on it with a full price offer, which is probably a few bucks more than I'd have wanted, but it matched my UY and didn't want to nickel and dime and lose out on it, especially on a small contract.
Awesome, and yes, sometimes you have to jump on them before they dissappear. I made a silly offer on one, only to email back the next day to tell them i wanted to change to full offer & it was gone. :(
That's how I ended up paying $145 for BWV. lol

I submitted 20 minutes ago and I have checked my email 5 times since then
Truly I did not know I was capable of being so impatient and yet here I am, insane to the hilt.
It's funny isn't it. lol

Feels like commercials on YouTube, the timer clearly say 11 seconds, but i can't smash the skip button fast enough.!!

YouTube Premium…. worth every penny….

Once again coming to you all with questions, hope it’s ok to post here. What happens if a seller doesn’t submit closing docs before the close date on the contract?

I hate to give in, but i may have to. lol
Does that change what a YouTuber gets paid on their videos?
Try it, it is literally life changing if you are a power YouTube watcher.

YouTube Premium members support content creators by paying a monthly membership fee that YouTube shares with creators. The more videos a member watches from a creator, the more money that creator makes.

But probably still pays less than if you watch the commercials. lol
