Which travel agent?

I have never used a travel agency before. I thought I might try one this time to see how well they can do at getting me a discounted room at AKL without me having to call every day, watch for codes, etc.

For those of you have used one of the online disney specialized ones what were your experiences and which one would you recommend?

I have used Dreams Unlimited several times. Great service and so far 100% success on the discounts.

I haven't tried any, but I'm thinking of useing DU if I deciede to take a trip for my b-day this year. I've heard nothing but good things about them on these boards.

We have used Liberty Travel and have compared rates to calling Disney directly, our Travel Agent was able to save us 300-400. I guess it depends on if they are running any "specials"

We had great success last year with WDWVacations.com that we found on mousesaver.com. After our initial AAA discount they made two more changes as better deals came out. Our final savings came to around $800.00. They also made all our priority seatings for us. Great people and service. I'm with you that I will no longer waste my time looking for codes and discounts. This Disney specialist (Small World Vacations) can do it all and do it better......and FREE!

My vote goes to Susie Preskitt at Small World Vacations. She's amazing. Somehow, she got us an AP rate at the last minute exactly where we wanted. Good luck!

We are using Deb at The Magic for Less Travel. Very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we have.

Never used a Travel Planner before but used Magical Vacations and it could not have been better. It cost us nothing more and we got advanced planning and gifts in our room for no added cost over booking ourselves. They also got us an AAA rate for concierge and than switched us to an AP rate when it came out. We did not have to watch out for the rates since they did for us.
