Which Parks?

DFi is going on his first Disney trip with me in May. We only have two days, one definitly has to be spent in MK b/c you sure can't say you've been to Dis without seeing the castle!

Any suggestions about whether we should go to Epcot, MGM or AK the other day? We're not heights ppl, so TOT is not a huge deal if we don't get to MGM. I'm 20, he's 24, which park would be best?

It would drive me crazy to go and only be able to spend two days!! but .... if that is all then the second day must be spent at EPCOT.
