Which makeup brand should I choose?

I'm absolutely obsessed w/ Mary Kay. It's the only makeup brand I've found that works for me. I had never had a cleanser, moisturizer or foundation that worked well for me and found all of it at MK! I also am afraid to buy a color at the store and end up hating it so I can get samples of everything from MK before buying.

I didn't list my fav brand for everything because it would be Mary Kay all the way down, although I do admit to loving Bobbi Brown eye shadow

I also use Revlon SkinLights as a bronzer/face illuminator.

I use everything BE.They have he kits that are for all skin tones.Mine cane with a how too DVD.It is so simple and you look so natural.I took the chance and ordered online and I am so glad I did.I could not be happier.
When QVC does their shows is the time to buy the stuff,you get it cheaper than anywhere else.They also show you how to apply everything.
So before you buy anything watch the QVC show.
I will never go back to liquid foundation .

Personally, I prefer Clinique to all of those lines. I have found it to be non irritating and natural as well as they have great promotions!

Mascara- I love Lancome, but L'Oreal is almost just as good

Blush- Again Lancome, I found a sheer darker pink that works great.

Bronzer- n/a

Eyeshadow- anything, really. I play too much to spend $$$. Besides for work I don't get crazy with color.

Foundation- Lancome, they find the perfect color for me.

Lipstick/lipgloss- anybody, and I love BonneBell.

Eyeliner- Any dark plum/black with the right brush.

Concealer- Almay

I really LOVE Smashbox. I was also introduced to this line on QVC and I have to say its the only line that I have truly felt happy with. The only product I am not too crazy about is the mascara. But all the other items I think are great.

Mascara- Estee Lauder Illusionist (Curling Mascara) or Christian Dior Diorshow

Blush- Lancome Le Rose Powder Blush

Bronzer- do not use

Eyeshadow- (MAC has the best colors) I don't use eyeshadow but rather I use MAC Beauty Mark as an eyeliner.

Foundation- MAC Select Sheer

Lipstick- Lancome Brun Rose (discontinued, but I have an enormous stock of it)!

Lipgloss- MAC clear (the best)

Eyeliner- MAC eyeshadow, Beauty Marked (use MAC brush to line eyes - great item)

Concealer- Estee Laurder Double Wear (waterproof)!

Other- Powder: MAC Sheer Select

Estee Lauder and Clinique are the same Manufacturer. Mac and Clinique are 2 of my favorites. I love Nars Blush in SIN.

I'm another one to sing the praises of Bare Escentuals! In addition to the BE Boutiques (Atlanta and Charlotte would be closest for you), you can find the product line at many Sephora and Ulta stores. QVC will have a special value of the day for BE on 2/26. Several shows with the products are scheduled, and they often provide excellent tips and demos.

Me too. I use Laura Mercier concealer and tinted moisturizer in sand, instead of foundation. For everything else, I use Lancome.

I'm a BE girl also. 2.3 most of the time. I like their glimmers- fav is 'bare skin'.

Blush, regular eyeshadow, lip pencil, eyeliner, eyebrow, concealer is all Lauren Hutton. The most natural looking makeup I have ever used.

Sonja Kosha (or something like that from Target) in Allure (about 6.00) for lipstick. (Please God, don't ever let her quit making that color!!)

Don't forget to work with your brows. Eyebrows frame your face. I think a good brow can make or break ya!!

I just got in form Target and had to look you up - that Sonja line is on clearance at my Target in Michigan. I checked, they had one Allure, and I agree, it is a beautiful color.
