OK, This time at Disney I'm thinking about using one of the clubs. We just got back from the Disney Cruise and she loved the Club, never wanted to leave.

I was thinking about putting her in the club and then having a dinner with my Mom. We will be staying at Beach Club and my daughter is 4.

I'm thinking about the Harbor Club or Sandcastle Club and dinner at Flying Fish?

I know everybody likes Neverland Club, but I've done Poly so many times I want to try a new restaurant. I would really like to be in the same Hotel and the club otherwise I would try California Grill and Neverland Club.

Please help.... so anybody do the Harbor Club or Sandcastle Club? or should I just go with the Neverland Club?

My son has done all the ones you mentioned, and liked Neverland the best, but he was a lot older. He also liked Sandcastle Club. He thought Harbor CLub was "babyish", but he was 12 when he went there, so it would probably be perfect for your daughter!

Have you considered the Mousketter Club at the Contemporary? I can't speak from personal experience, but I follow most of the kids club threads here and people have said positive things about it. Then you could do the Calif. Grill.

I was thinking about the Mouseketeer Club at the Contemporary, but at that point I was thinking maybe use the Neverland club and monorail over. That is if the beeber works that far?

I want my daughter to have fun, so I will sacafice a bit on my dinner, hay as long as I can get through a meal without a question, a "more juice please" and her saying "I'm done lets go" My Mom and I will be happy anywhere.

The Sandcastle Club is my daughter's FAVORITE, I highly recommend it. If you're staying at the Beach Club most DEFINITELY use the Sandcastle Club, it is very convenient and an excellent club. It would be a total waste of time to go to some other resort's kid's club when you want to eat right across the way at the Boardwalk and if you're staying at the BC.

You can make your reservations upon arrival, really no need to do them in advance.

Enjoy! :D

The beeper will work all over WDW. We have used it when going to DTD, as well! My DD's favorite is Neverland Club, but Sandcastle Club sounds really nice, and would be very convenient for you, as well!

Thank you all for the great info. There is one day we will not be going into the parks, Alice in Wonderland tea party for my daughter, spa for adults followed by an afternoon tea for all. I was thinking that was a good night to use a club. It will give her that disney feeling without being in the park.

I may try two clubs this trip. Should I wait and book when I am there (staying Concierge at Beach Club) or should I book now?

I can't wait to go, this time we are trying for a relaxing trip, not too much running around to get on all the rides.

we used the Sandcastle club and went to MGM to see Fantasmic, and another evening we used Simba's cubhouse at AKL and had a fantastic meal at Jiko.

My dd is only 4, so it's a bit hard to say what she thought of the clubs, but she was happy enough when I picked her up - had made lots of pictures and crafts and was keen to go back.

It really depends where you fancy eating. I would give Jiko and Simba's cubhouse a good recommendation.

We just used the Mousketeer Club at the Contemporary.
I was really nervous because we had used Neverland Club on our previous trip and DD( age 7) wasnt thrilled. However, she loved Mouseketeer club and didnt want to leave.Mabe she didnt like Neverland club as much because she was a bit younger then.

Neverland Club is much larger and more "themed" but even though Mouseketeer club was small, she really enjoyed it.
They will serve your child dinner too. You can pick from a menu when you drop her off.
I really dont think you can go wrong with any of the clubs. For me, I like to have DD close to where I am so that dictates where I will send her on future trips!

We took Webmaster Michelle's recommendation to use the Sandcastle Club over the Harbor Club (we were staying at BWI) and we were really glad we did. The Sandcastle Club was much larger and had more things for the kids to use (computers, video games, toys) and the arts and crafts was a hit too! The dinners were surprisingly good (they even had fresh fruit) and my kids liked it. My DD was 9 and did not feel out of place there.... she will be 11 next time we go and she said she would go back there for an evening.:D

We tried Simba's Clubhouse last June and my 5 yr old DD LOVED it! We were having dinner at BOMA's (which we absolutely loved!), and I had read about Simba's. When I mentioned it to her, she was excited to go play.
Upon checkin at Simba's, she got to pick what she wanted for dinner (hotdog, FF, choc milk) and there were lots of games and toys to play with, computers, a big TV to watch movies, etc. Allison's favorite thing was coloring with markers. She really had a great time (she was only there for an hour while we had dinner), and she keeps asking about going back to color!
Also, she's done the Alice in Wonderland Tea Party three times now - she LOVES it!!!

Our kids tried the Neverland Club, Mouseketeer Club and Simba's clubhouse on our recent trip. I thought the CMs were friendliest at the Mouseketeer Club, and the room was most attractive at Simba's clubhouse, but the kids like all three. They did complain about the strict enforcement of "quiet time" (read - no more video games) at Simba's clubhouse. This was not enforced at the other two clubs. My kids were delighted not to have another adult meal. We were very happy that we used the clubs - even at $8 per hour per child. You might want to factor in your travel time if you are budget conscious. It's another reason to use a club near your restaurant. We went the other way and used the club at our hotel and ran up some hefty bills - $8 times 3 kids times several hours each night.
