Which hotels are typically excluded from discounts?

I remember the answer that used to exist, but not sure if it is current info. It's been awhile since I have spent significant time on the boards and I'm not finding that by searching.

Keep in mind it's all about volume. The discounts are their tool to fill unbooked rooms and they have it down to a science.
So...the ones that usually don't get discounts tend to be:
smaller resorts (since enough of their rooms book) - POFQ, AOA Little Mermaid Rooms
popular categories of rooms - standards book quickest
