I am hoping the Best Western is a fav because that is where our group is staying July 19 - 23!

Ive stayed at Best Western Park Place three times. Its always been a nice place to stay for us.

They have a pool and hot tub, laundry room right by the pool.

The room had a little divider between the bed and pull out couch. They had a refrigerator and microwave (Often we prefer to make lunch in our room. We like TV dinners or Cup a soup.)

The best part is you only walk across a cross walk to get to the parks. Its usually about $100 a night (BUt I lucked out and Got $80 at the end of May this year) We even played $100 when we ame as a walk up and no internet rate.

The breakfast is nothing to write home about but is ok for a few days. Your choice is to go downstairs at the restaurant and have a free plate of pancakes (BUt pay extra for drink and meat of you want any) or go upstairs and have pastries, toast, juices and fruits.

I defintly think its worth the money for location.

Thank you, Barbday62! I am glad ot hear there is a laundry room. We are spending 4 days in Vegas before coming out to CA and I planned only carry on luggage for the trip. This sounds like the perfect place for us!

Howard Johnson - cheap, clean, nice rooms, 10 minutes walk, great shop on site for snacks, souvenirs, essentials. Great restaurant across the street - Mimi's, wonderful staff, heated pool.

Also has a good laundry room in the basement with washers and dryers.

We really enjoyed Park Place Inn also! I think the rooms are nice and comfy, the customer service was great, nice size fridge, breakfast is okay, hot tub is big and the walk is right across the street! :)

We like Hojo's well enough, but like BW Park Place better.
