Which Day was Last Year's Summer Block Party?

We are going the 3rd week of August and I am trying to figure out our plan.

We would like to do the Pirate and Princess Party when the schedule comes out. We have been going to the block party for the past 2 years and would like to go again. Also, I have Hoop Dee Doo reserved.

I remember the summer block party information was not released until much later. Does anyone remember which day they had it in a week?
