For Breakfast my favorite is O'Hana's, but we are trying Cape May on our next trip and have heard some good things about it.

Dinner we loved CRT with the Fairy Godmother-and we were really pleased with the food.

we went to Ohana's for the breakfast. Service was dismal and the food was food court quality. For the money we spent, it was a complete disappointment.

I love the dinner buffet at CP. It is really good. That is one place my family eats at all the time.

Also, 1900 Park Fare is a lot of fun. Plus the food is good too.

Liked the Garden Grille. Catfish was great. Not something you are going to find many other places. Character interaction was great and love the revolving dining room.

We do breakfast and dinner at both Chef Mickey and 1900 Park Fare. My son can be a picky eater and those are four meals we never worry about him eating. Of course as far as breakfast goes any place that has mickey head waffles and fruit are pretty much fine with him. For me I love breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table for both characters and food and Crystal Palace for dinner, more for the characters than the food but I've never had any complaints about the food there.

Are they still planning on taking the characters away from Liberty Tree Tavern? I was reading (can't remember where offhand) that they were planning on having dinner there be a non-character meal starting next year. We'll still go because we like the food but we'll miss the characters if they change it.

This is a hard question! I just came back today and had breakfast, lunch, and dinner with the characters. I would say that Chef Mickey's was really good the night we had dinner there. Ohana's for breakfast was much better than I expected!

Don't all of the buffets have VERY similar menus and quality anyway? Also, I think LTT and GGs dinners may also have many common items on the menu, if Im not mistaken:confused3

Not in our experience. We had breakfast at Tusker House & Crystal Palace a couple weeks ago. TH was much better, in our opinion. While much of the food was the same, TH was higher quality. Although, we don't usually eat at buffets (went last time for a newbie to experience character meals), we would consider returning to TH. We most likely won't return to CP though.

H & V and Tusker does not offer characters at dinner...They both offer characters at breakfast (H & V also at lunch)...We loved Tusker for breakfast...There was a large selection of quality food...Tusker is loud and the tables are really close together but the characters are really good...We did not like H & V all that much and do not plan to go again...

As stated earlier, Cape May does not before...I do not consider it to be really lively at dinner either....It is quiet there at dinner time...The buffet choices at dinner are good but not great...The quality is not all good....Breakfast there is wonderful...The food selection is great and the food is yummy, atmosphere is calm, and character interaction is great...

We did not really like the food at Crystal Palace at lunch/dinner...Breakfast was much better IMO...

For dinner I would go with 1900 or Chef Mickey.

The only two I have not personally experienced in the last few years are Tusker House and Hollywood and Vine. That being said for food the winner hands down for both breakfast and dinner is 1900 Park Faire. I used to love Chef Mickeys but the food seems to be headed downward in the past few years. Never did like Crystal Palace.

I think 1900 Parke Fare is the best.

We thought Chef Mickey's was fine for breakfast. Hated it for dinner! We are not the biggest fans of buffets, but thought 1900 Park Fare was the best buffet dinner we tried.

I voted for Chef Mickey It is my son's fav too and he is 21...we like CP for lunch I didn't get that you were asking for meals in general until after I voted I might have picked Cape May I do enjoy their dinner... We have never been buffet folks just as one other poster described others can be sloppy and nasty but I have found that Disney circulates their food and really keeps an eye on it...and I guess what I don't know at Disney won't hurt me...Magical bubble yadda yadda...anyhow back to topic...LTT I don't get this one...why feed people this enormous turkey day meal and then turn them loose in the park...you hear all these people complaining of being tired and their tummies hurting and especially during the summer...ooops that wasn't on topic was it... ok rant over...hope you have fun!!!

Chef Mickey's dinner is like eating at a Golden Corral and it costs $30+. The breakfast is good though, but then again its hard to ruin pancakes, eggs and toast.
Love Crystal Palace.

Whats wrong with Golden Coral? LOL:banana:
