Wheres the thread about making online ADRs

I was here this morning early and I read a thread somewhere about a lady talking about eventully making our ADRs online. Now I can't seem to find it anywhere. Its like it has dissapeared, did anyone else see this?

It is still there, it isn't in the dining plan section, but the regular Disney Restaurant section.
