Where is your "spot"?

I used to have a "spot." Afternoon at DHS, I'd get a cold drink from Pizza Planet and go sit on a bench past the Muppets exit and watch Phineas & Ferb do their meet & greet and listen to the P&F music playing. I'm gonna miss that.

The Peoplemover is a favorite - such a relaxing ride and I can ride it over and over. I also love sitting upstairs by a window at Columbia Harbor House, while eating. It is so nice and quiet and great to people watch.

Almost anywhere in Epcot is a good spot for me. It is my favorite park for this reason, since there are so many great spots. Just being on LWTL or Gran Fiesta Tour in Mexico. To sitting at a table with a crepe from the crepe cart in France, over looking the lagoon.

We love the Crescent Lake area - walking around the Boardwalk, Beach and Yacht Club. It can be so peaceful!

Epcot -- I love the section of France just outside L'Artisans De Glaces. We have a tradition of getting a gelato and relaxing there for a few minutes.

Magic Kingdom -- on the back side of Liberty Square there's a shaded bridge with a good view of the castle and the bridge the parades cross as they go from Libert Square toward the HUB area -- watched FofF there, in the shade, with no one else anywhere near us, watched some ducks swimming...very nice and shaded break from the crowds!

Animal Kingdom -- love everything here aside from dinoland...love the attention to detail in Africa and Asia...I find something new every time.

Hollywood Studios -- nothing really stands out...

MK: rocking chairs on side porch by the exit of the Hall of Presidents..also we have a special table at Columbia Harbour House on the 2nd floor
Epcot: twinkly sidewalks in front of Innoventions
Animal Kingdom: table at Flame Tree BBQ with a view of EE...worried that now it will be a view of the bleachers for ROL
HS: comfy chair in the Writer's Shop...sad to see it go!

Is there a "spot" or area in WDW you tend gravitate to? You know, the one that makes you think "This is where I want to be." For us, it tends to be the area of Liberty Land and Frontier Land. It's not necessarily for the rides, it's the atmosphere that attracts us. Where is your "spot"?
Shoe shine chair under the train station. It faces the castle, and it's in the shade.

It seems our family always finds ourselves in front of Sleepy Hollow. On our very first trip we went out of our way multiple times to get snacks there, and it quickly began to feel like home base when we needed to regroup. I have a feeling that after our last trip the UK pavilion will be a special place for us. We made some great memories as a family and now have an inside joke which our second daughter will never live down. :)

Wherever I can get a nice view of the nighttime show 15-20 minutes before. I enjoy them, but don't like to stake out a spot an hour early.

Other than that I just love HS. Not sure why, but just love the feel of it. Feels like you're walking the streets of a city, but with much more thrilling options after the walk.

The fountain in EPCOT is where I like to be. I love the music in this area, and I love starbucks. Plus, it's such a big area; you don't feel so crowded here. Second favorite is inside the Mission: SPACE building (my favorite ride), and third has to be inside POTC (my other favorite ride). POTC is especially nice because its all dark and cool.

It is so relaxing! The music is playing from France

I'm enjoying this! I had my spot picked out and then started reading the previous posts and kept thinking "Oh, yeah. I like that spot too!" My first thought was the Epcot resorts area - the Boardwalk and the walkway around the lake. If you take an early morning walk or run around the lake when CM are doing landscaping work or hosing off the Boardwalk, it creates a sense of anticipation of what the day holds. I love Maharajah Jungle Trek, not only because of the animals, but because it feels like I have stepped into ancient ruins in the Asian jungles. I enjoy the GF lobby in the evening when the pianist and orchestra are playing. I love the atmosphere (and smell) of the AKL lobby. I enjoy the garden/bridge in the Japan pavilion at Epcot because most people don't know it's there. You can step away from the hustle and bustle and take a bit of a breather.

I'd say World Showcase, in general . Just love the atmosphere there, especially the transition from dusk to night.

Second is becoming the Africa section of Animal Kingdom.
