Where in the World is Daisy Duck?

Does anyone know what has happened to Daisy? My daughter was so disappointed that we never found her. The only answer we got from a CM was that she is a "Movie Star" now and is not accessible. Does anyone have a clue?

She was in Toontown during MVMCP the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. I think she was in the "Mickey and Friends" room.

We have found her quite a few times at AK in the Char area by the Lion King show.

We saw Daisy at MGM last week. She was across from the sound stages on Mickey Avenue. That's the only place we saw her at any of the parks.

When we were there recently we asked about Daisy as well since the sweetpea really wanted to meet her. We were told by a few CMs that Daisy is one of the hardest characters to meet. She sometimes is in Toontown, or you might be able to catch her every once in a while at MGM. But were told our best bet on seeing her was in a parade. Not what we wanted to hear.

She was in the new Character Connection in Epcot on Saturday!!

We saw her last January in the MK. She was at the train station end of Main street in the round area. This was around noon as we were leaving the park. We saw a lot of different characters when we were leaving the parks at odd times during the day for our daughter's naps.

I have had a very hard time finding Daisy all year! Like another poster said, I saw her in the ToonTown Hall of Fame character meeting rooms during MVMCP. She really is very hit-or-miss! Last time we saw her on a normal day in the parks, she was meeting by the trailers on Mickey Ave at MGM. She sometimes was on the Epcot Holiday Bus, but that is gone now. She could be at the new Character Connection place at Epcot, but probably wouldn't be there frequently. We also seen her in Town Square after entering Magic kingdom, but not recently. On one recent trip, I asked at Guest Services for Daisy, and they told me she doesn't greet anymore!!! Not true, but that just shows how hard she can be to find! You need some luck to find her!!

I have a friend that is an...ahem... Disney entertainer. She said Daisy is a very tough one to cast becuase of the size requirements. Those individuals usually end up playing some of the other smaller parts as well and stay busy.

I've only seen Daisy on the Disney Wonder, two years ago. I made sure to get an autograph and photo! She was dressed in light blue evening gown. The only time I have seen her in WDW was in parades.

The last three times I've been to WDW this year, Daisy has been in the MK in the town square. The children were lined up to meet her.

I have seen her a couple of times in the square at Main Street, not stopped though. They have quite a collection of characters there throughout the day. However that was a few trips back now. I haven't seen her there since. She was also on the Disney Wonder for one meet and greet, but I missed that....naturally now I want to get her picture she's no where to be found!!
