Allie helped about 30 minutes (in exchange for lunch 
) but David and I spent the better part of the afternoon to complete it! YAY! The LAST thing I want to do this evening is put away more decorations but have to stay on schedule so now on the the middle yard. 
For the first time in years, we cleared ALL the decorations from the garage side of our yard in ONE day!

,) they can wait, just spiral trees, yard ornaments, lighted gifts, snowmen, etc. Not touching the indoor ones yet; going to enjoy them after we return. Once I get started I'm okay but just doing "that first thing"

It was SO hard to get started especially since we normally leave them up until after January 6th but David wanted as much down as possible before our trip. Not attempting to get lights down (but David did get the lights out of the trees on that side of the house today

Do you go back to school tomorrow or have a few more days? Our kiddos have the full week off yet; Jr. High is moving into a new school and they allotted time for the move so extended Christmas break for them!
