That looks like one of the scenes from the Streets of America/Osborne Lights but which one
You'd more likely see it on the ride.
maybe someone else has the answer.
Don't really take notice of much when I am riding roller coasters.....since my eyes are closed most of the time!!
I took the picture from the observation area 
...no way do I get a chance for ANY photos while I'm holding on for dear life. 
But I DO keep my eyes open.
