Here's one to work on while I get REDSTORMS birthday cake in the oven! Our "baby girl" turns 11 today! Seems like yesterday she enjoyed her first trip to DW!

Jeff...this is a "rest stop" for the "elderly" ...if we have the energy to climb the stairs! Yep...family party tonight; get to eat some of that fish she caught last week! DH will grill/fry and "blacken" (that means cooked in butter with lots of seasonings ) and it's all done outside so I don't have to clean the kitchen!

Oh Jeff...Redfish is almost a delicacy! They are on the protected list in the Gulf waters because the demand was so high. There are only a few days...like 2-3 weeks...in July that a fisherman may LEGALLY catch them and then they have to be a certain length/weight or they must be thrown back. AND...the taste is YUMMMMM!
