I want to do F&W this year and instead of dragging out cash for each purchase just wanted to get a wristlet. Where do you get one, do you get it day of or order it prior, do I need an individual one for each person in my party ( me and my 10'yr old) or is one good for both of us, am I able to reload it if necc. throughout EPCOT or is there just one area to do so.

One more question, who has purchased the little table plates they sell where you slip in a wine glass and eat and walk? Useful or useless?

Thanks friends!pixiedust:

You and get the wrist card at the F&W Festival Center. Last year (my first year attending) it was located in The Wonders of Life Pavilion. I'm sure there are other places to get it as well. We never had problems reloading it throughout World Showcase.

We usually just get the one card and give it to whomever is next to have to get in line to get something. If you got more than one, you'd have to load each with $$.

Didn't get the little tables, didn't think it would be necessary. Saw a few people with them though.

They're just small gift cards on a wrist strap, so you would use them just like any other gift card in WDW. The unique part of them would be the small size, and that they typically only sell them in Epcot during F&W.

If they offer them this year (which they probably will), you can usually find them in at a few of the gift shops and stands around Epcot. If you want to get one when you arrive, I recommend hitting up the F&W Festival center, which is the old Wonders of Life Pavilion (big gold dome).

Again, they're just fancy gift cards, so you load them up and can use them anywhere Disney gift card are accepted (not just in Epcot). You can also reload them at any/most of the gift shops that do the same for standard gift cards. I tend to use plain old regular sized gift cards while attending F&W. I was able to reload mine at the festival center, Mouse Gear, and the gift shop just inside the World Showcase without any issues. Probably won't have any problem putting more cash on them at any of the gift shop in the various country pavilions.

It's not a different and special thing for F&W really...it's just a Disney gift card on a wristband. You don't need to get one for everybody unless you are anticipating loading each person's gift card with the money you want them to use for purchasting at F&W. The card is really just a smaller Disney gift card and it can be used for anything that you can use a regular Disney gift card for.

As others have said, they're just normal Disney gift cards, but smaller in size and come with a wrist band. They have a similiar style (wristband) available at the water parks year around. Once the F&W starts, you'll see the wristband gift cards sold throughout Epcot. They'll be at the festival center and the festival shops for sure, plus I remember seeing them at the the store at the IG and in Mousegear. So it's not really hard to find them. You can purchase as many as you want (they are not assigned to a person), but if you have more than one, they do not charge to a "common" pool. Meaning each gift card has it's own balance.

I wouldn't get it...but I'm not really a "walk and eat" type person. I'd be much more likely to spill things. I would rather just get a couple of items and find a nice table to eat at. After all, that plate thing takes up a hand, so it only leaves you one to eat or drink with, which means whatever is not being eaten/drunk at that moment has to be balanced on the plate and you have to hope no one bumps into you!
