where do I pick up the tickets?

I bougth the package hotel-tickets in Universal vacations, but I don't know where I'll recibe the tickets. In the hotel???

Well, once I paid off my upcoming Aug trip, Universal send me a confirmation email stating that my trip was paid off & that I had to print the email and make sure to bring it with me at check in. I believe it also said that I'd get my park tickets by putting my visa card in the kiosk machine outside the park and they would be printed out. I think thats how it works. This is my first time there, so this is new to me also.

If someone knows something different, pls advise.

Last Thanksgiving, a relative travelling with us did the stay at least 4 nights/get 4 free tickets.

When we checked in to the Portofino, the front desk gave us vouchers for our 4 tickets (2 adult, 2 children). We took those vouchers to the Universal ticket desk at the Portofino. It was not in the concierge office, but was located to the left of the lobby where the Hertz desk is and one of the doors to the club lounge.

We gave the person at the desk our vouchers and she just printed our tickets right there.

Hi I did the Universal Vacation Package in March. We stayed at Royal Pacific. Upon checkin I was directed to a set of table/desks, very close to the check in counters, where someone took my name and handed me my "package". In it was my tickets, a voucher for a free 5x7 print and a couple coupons, Anyhow I got everything right there at check in. Maybe try calling the hotel. I'm not sure how other hotels do it but I would guess similar. Have a great time!!!
