Where can I go to commend a princess?

While we were in WDW, we were able to have lunch at the castle, and Snow White was the most perfect princess! Not only spot on with the voice, but she TOTALLY made my dd's day (and mom's!!) The extra attention and detail she showed was fabulous! I'd like to tell someone about that fantastic princess!

I recently sent two separate emails to that addy commending two different CMs and I received 2 phone calls from Guest Relations thanking me for the correspondence. They also told me they had shared my letters with the CMs I complimented. You need to be very specific in your email telling them what day and what time at the castle you saw Snow White since they have different people play that character. These emails do get read and are passed on to the CMs. It helps give back some magic to them, I think.

Make sure you tell them the date and approximate time if you can, so that they can make sure they can let the Princess' appropriate Lady In Waiting pass the message along. If you have a picture, send that too! Cast Members and characters have their photo taken all the time, but rarely get the chance to see the happy shots afterwards

also, many years ago when I was a Disney employee, if someone wrote a letter about you (good of course! ) you got a pin. It was quite an honor.

We have also sent emails to Disney and they have always responded. Most of the time people only bother to complain - what a special treat to have someone recognize that you went above and beyond
