We are going on vacation October 18th- 25th and I would love to have a 2008 passporter. I cannot find them anywhere. I did order one from Borders a couple of weeks ago and they said it could take up to 4 weeks. Anyone know? I think the 2009 version comes out a few days before we leave, would that be okay to use, or would the information not be relevant to 2008.
Anyways, I am hoping there is some random online bookstore that would have it in stock.

Thanks

I know what you mean...I ordered weeks ago for a friend's birthday and it still hasn't arrived yet....backordered for weeks now. It's embarrasing. I've called all the local stores and they are completely out. I guess I'm going to have to wait for the 2009 version but gosh...they should have let us know.

This is completely out everywhere! The 2009 will be totally fine to use this year. The changes for 2009 will be highlighted in the book so you will be able to see them easily.

I would think you'd get the fastest delivery if you order if from them directly. I assume they'll have it first. I ordered a Hidden Mickeys book and their Treasure Hunt book and got them in a few days. Great customer service too!

2008 has officially sold out.The only ones available is the 2007, or you can pre-order the 2009

Okay, will the 2007 version be relevant to our trip in 2008? I have never seen one, so does it have lots of dated material? Also, if I got the 2009 one and it is released on Oct. 15th, do you think it would be here by the 18th?

They list the updates on the passporter.com website so you can have up to date info .

I highly doubt you will have your passporter three days after release, but you could send them an email and see what they say.

You could always contact them at Passporter and ask them if they'd be shipping the day of the release. If so, what about shipping it to yourself at the resort? Just an idea...
