Does anyone know where I can find this delicious refreshment when I am not in Disney World?

if you can't find it at a local liquer store in your area...try this..

theworldof beer.com

if it isn't listed...they can get if for you and mail it to you.

Pirate - if you find a place to get it, please post it on these boards. I love Ringnes and haven't been able to find it outside of WDW. I've heard you can get it in a couple of states - New Jersey, maybe?

KCritter-
I have contacted several companies regarding this and will post the information if and when it becomes available.

Ringnes -

Hi to all you beer drinkers,
We have "family" coming from Norway this June (we will be at wdw in July). Too bad it isn't feasible for them to bring a multitude of cases with them. We probably could make a buck or two - LOL. But I do have a friend who works at a beer distributor, and I will check with him, and reply if there is a positive answer. Bob

Bob,

Yes...I would gladly pay your "family" from Norway a few extra bucks for a case of the "liquid heaven".......to everyone else who is interested, all attempts that I have made to have a specialty store order it for me have failed!!

If anyone has any other ideas I'm all ears!!

I WANT A NICE, COLD RINGNES!

I used to buy it in liquor stores in Florida. Does anyone know if they still carry it?

My cousin loves the stuff and looked all over GA for it. He couldn't find it anywhere so he called EPCOT and talked to Norway, they said that import stores might sell it. He called some import stores in North Jersey where I live and found out that they sold it. I got to the store and they were all sold out. I drove another 40 min. to the other chain and they had it. I had to by 4 cases of it. I than packed my DH and DD and drove the cases to GA. For you, Finnie48, or anyone in Jersey or NY, Bottle King on RT. 17 N in Ramsey sell it. Happy Drinking:smooth:

So Florida is the only option so far? It's a shame, I used to order it regularly at a pub in Houston. Now the pub is gone and I can't find the beer. :(

NLK,

Could you pick up a few cases and drive them down to me in Kentucky?

Seriously though, could you give me the number to the bottle king place in New Jersey? I would like to see if they can ship me some....it would be expensive but worth it!!!:D

planogirl...don't you have a flying saucer in Houston...you should be able to get it there.

If all you people are looking for ringes just ask at your local liquer store...they should be able to order it for you...without much of a problem at all.

We just did that with something we found in italy (epcot)...the store had it within days...and we are happy campers.

Sorry, I'll be flying from now on. No more 15 hour drives for me, thank-you. The number for Bottle King is (201) 934-9080. Hope they can help you out:smooth:

I wanted to say thank you very much to NLK for giving me the number, and let everyone else who is interested know that I will post a reply to let you guys know if I have any success getting that sweet nectar of the gods!

Keep you fingers crossed for me.;)

webray, when I've asked about Ringnes, the liquor store salespersons just shrug and tell me that Ringnes is not available in Texas. I guess that I'm asking the wrong people. What is a flying saucer?

NLK,

I gave the Bottle King a call to ask about Ringnes, the lady I spoke to told me rudely that they did not have it....and they could not order it. It is possible She was just having a bad day. I will try again one more time later, but this is very discouraging!!!

Anyone else have any ideas??

I just checked theworldofbeer.com and they don't have Ringnes. This is my DH's favorite beer EVER and it would be great to be able to surprise him with a few dozen cases!!

Hey everybody, I hope this helps:
I called Bottle King and told them that back in Sept. I bought a beer called Ringnes from them and I was wondering if they had anymore in the store. They said that it's a seasonal beer so they don't have it in stock now. He can special order it for locals. For those who need it shipped he said you can do it from their web site at WWW.BOTTLEKING.COM. I haven't checked it out yet but he said you can get it no problem. Someone tell me if they can get it. I told the guy that I had people all over the U.S. looking for this beer. He laughed and couldn't understand why. He must not be a beer drinker.:jester: Now my cousin can order it for himself and I don't have do drive it down to him. I hope you guys can find it! Happy shopping:)

Thank you NLK you are the greatest!!!

Cheers to everyone (if bottleking .com works that is)

Pirate'sLife4me;)

I just visited bottleking.com and guess what? Ringnes is marked as "in store only". You can't put it into your shopping cart!!! I emailed them to ask if they could make special arrangements to ship some to us!
