Where are you at in your scrapping?

I just started scrapbooking in May 2004. I have my son's book up to one year old done (he is 4.5). I have my book through high school done. I have my Niagara Falls trip done. I have my funeral book done.

I have a tiny bit to catch up on my son's school book.
I have to do the next couple years in his book.
I have to do 4 Disney trips (currently working on one, about half done). With 2 more coming up quickly.
I have to do my hubbys childhood book
I have to do my stepsons school book
I have to do all our family books
I have to do my dance book
I have to do our Washington DC trip book
I have to do my graduation book (with SR pics)
I have to do an anniversary book

I honestly don't think I am that bad off since I have just been scrapping a little over a year.

You wanted to know where I am at in my scrapping?

:rotfl2: OMG, stop, your killing me, my sides hurt from laughter, no really, stop!!! :rotfl2:

:teeth: Does that give you ANY idea?

My kids are 3 and 6 and I am up to June of this year in both books. I also scrap everything. They are my photo albums so everything goes in.

Now that I am getting caught I find myself worrying about what to do next! LOL
But, I have the following projects waiting for me to tackle them.
A book for two of my nephews who lost their mom to cancer this year. I need those ready for Christmas.... haven't started yet.
A book about me.
A family book.
a book about our dearly departed cat.

This isn't exactly the order they have to be in. Except for the Christmas presents.

um yeah.... I'm too busy "collecting" supplies to actually scrap at this point. :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: maggie

I am really behind!!!!!

***I am up to October 2003 for our family books. I have such a long way
to go. I scrap everything.
***Disney 2003 is done.
***Disney May 2005 not started and we have a trip in three weeks.
***TN album (Oct 2004) DH and me by ourselves trip about half done.
***DH's militray career---up to Afghanistan. I have his whole year overseas,
welcome home and re enlistment ceremony to scrap.
***DD's "life a a glance album" (only major events about every three month
recap, 1st trip, holidays, ect) Only up to 3-6 months and she is almost 3.
I plan to work on this collection until she is 18 and give it to her for
her18th b-day.
***Family heritage album (a work in progress that will never be done)
***I am doing mini brag books for x-mas for each granparent---not started
***I want to do a pre-done autograph book for this trip which is not started
yet. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
***My wedding album is not started either, too afraid to start.

Other special albums that Ihave done include: I have completed a 50th b-day album for my mom that she adores, it was of her whole life about 100 pages. A father's day mini album for DH that shows similarties between DD and DH. 3 baby 1st year mini albums for shower gifts. 4 albums for a "client" and she paid me very good.

It looks like I have so much, I don't think I will ever catch up. This makes me want to go home and scrap.

I'm just now getting back to working on a DL 2003 trip. After that, I have the rest of my trips to catch up on and there have been a lot of them. What I'm probably going to do is lump all the "small" DL trips into one book and all the "small" WDW trips into another book.

In 2004, we had a total of 7 trips to DL an WDW, so that will make my life easier. 2005 is gearing up to be close to the 7 trips, so if I did a book for each trip, I'd never catch up.

I haven't even started my DD's book. That might be done in between the Disney books.

Hi my kids are 21, 19, 17 I have been scraping for about 10 years now. So my guys were older when I started. I did not start a book for each of them from baby mostly because I really did not take lots of pictures back then. But now I do take lots & lots of photos. I have a family book as the year/things goes by I scrap put in that book. I do have a book for each kid not in anykinds of order it's just a book with them as the main star. I scrap like my life "all over the place" no certian order, I have a huge pack of "I don't know where these pages belong" but someday they will find a book to call home.

I don't think I'll ever be caught up! :teeth: The only thing I've actually completed is Dd1's first year album and her Disney autograph (with pics) 7x7 album. I started our family album at Jan of 2003 and have scrapped up to March of 2004. I really wanted to be caught up before Dd2 arrives, but I really don't think that will happen. :)

Things I still want to do:
1. Re-do what I have done of my wedding album, and finish scrapping the rest of it
2. Start my Disney albums from all 4 of my trips
3. Start Dd2 album, belly shots and ultrasound pics.

I was 8 months behind when I got pregnant with my 2nd (lost that angel) pregnancy. It really freaked me out so since then I have been up to date with all 4 albums. I do one for me and one for each child (2 yr, 4 yr and 6yr). I do have to go back a few pages to add words and actually put about 8 pages in each albums but caught up otherwise.

I DO NOT do them as fancy like I used to when it was just Dh and me and I actually had free time. I sneak time in when they are all sleeping (I don't sleep much most nights).I even took it to my ILs for Labor Day to catch up on last week's day trip my parents took us on.
